The primary certificate expired on 12/18/2011 The counter signature expired on 6/14/2012 Consider installing Patch 17 (latest) Here the primary digital certificate is good until 11/15/2014 The counter signature good until 12/29/2020 The problem has likely surface because of a Windows update or a .crl file which was updated through a 3rd party tool.
