Alliance Remedial Supplies Limited was set up in 2011 to offer general builders, tradesmen, architects, self builders, landlords and DIY homeowners good quality specialist products for damp proofing, basement tanking, woodworm treatments, ventilation and much more at competitive prices that are used in property repair, renovation and improvement.

Our trade counter is based in Barwell Lane, Gosport, Hampshire, PO13 0EQ. Customers can

The condensation course is designed to give the attendee an understanding of why, when and where

condensation will occur. The course covers the solutions to treat black mould and improve ventilation

across all types.

The damp proofing course is designed to give the attendee an understanding of surveying techniques

for damp diagnosis and practical guides on treatment methods. The course forms part of the process

towards access to insurance guarantees.


Waterproofing Course

The waterproofing course is designed to give the attendee an understanding of waterproofing systems

and design methods for cellar & basement conversions.

The course covers Building Regs and BS8102.

Attendance forms part of the process towards issuing insurance guarantees.


Building Repairs Course

The building repairs course is designed to give the attendee an understanding of masonry repair

systems for wall tie replacement and helical crack stitching.

Methodology and practical installation guidance is covered.

DryFix® DPC Injection Cream is an advanced silicon based

technology used in the control of rising damp.

The cream is injected into holes along a mortar bed using

either a standard 400ml mastic applicator gun or a 5 litre

applicator pump. DryFix® DPC Injection Cream has high

levels of active ingredients and is independently tested by

the BBA, certificate number 16/5313.

DryFix® BBA DPC Cream - 380ml

DryFix® DPC Injection Cream 380ml is applied using a standard 400ml mastic applicator.

The DryFix® DPC Cream migrates to form a pore liner in damp walls to create a chemical damp proof

course to stop rising damp. Treat walls with damp course cream applied along the base of the wall

150mm from the ground level to form a continuous DPC barrier.

Bond It Rubber Bitumen Emulsion Paint is a cold applied damp proof and waterproof liquid membrane for

All purpose, high grade admixture for use with sand and cement render after the insertion of a

chemical damp proof course. Integral waterproofer additive may be used in any situation where it is

necessary to construct cement based sections resistant to external water pressure or to contain

moisture in a wall or enclosure.

N-Virol IWP Waterproofer Render Additive Container Size: 25ltrs

A waterproof rendering additive is a vapour permeable re-plastering additive that minimises the

passage of water through the pore structure of cement renders, thereby preventing the transfer of salts

to the surface. Recommended for use in sand and cement render mixes after the insertion of a

chemical damp proof course. Mix 1 part of the admixture 25 parts water and use in a 3:1 sand /cement

base coat at least 14 days after the insertion of the new DPC.

Bond-It Power Mix Concentrated Mortar Plasticiser Container Size: 1ltr

A premium quality, concentrated mortar plasticiser designed to improve the workability of brick laying and plastering mortars, as well as increasing their resistance to freeze-thaw cycles.

Use of Power-Mix also removes the need for lime and reduces the risk of cracking and crazing.

This product is 20 times stronger than standard mortar plasticisers.

1ltr is sufficient for 250 bags of 25kg cement.

Bond It Plug It 5kg Rapid hardener cementitious plug compound which forms a water plug in concrete and masonry to

plug leaks and seepages in cellars, tunnels and shafts.

Plug leaks and points of water ingress before applying cementitious tanking slurry. Sets in 2 minutes.

Based on one person applying Plug It place sufficient powder into a container and add 20% volume of

clean water, (1 part water to 4 parts powder) and mix by hand to form an even colour golf ball size

‘plug’.

Bond It Tanking Slurry 20kg Colour - Grey

Cementitious tanking slurry suitable for waterproofing basements, cellars, soil retaining walls,

Basement drainage detail for the wall/floor junction. Collects ground water ingress and feeds it into a

sump/pump chamber or if an open elevation is available by gravity feed to the outside.

Drainage Channel is used to relieve hydrostatic water pressure in a basement and is installed behind a

cavity membrane system.

Aqua Channel Drainage Outlet

Section of Aqua Channel with a 90 degree elbow 32mm drainage outlet positioned at the bottom of the

channel. The elbow can receive 32mm pipe connected up to a sump chamber.

This allows ground water ingress collected by the Aqua Channel to drain out into a sump chamber to be

pumped away.

Aqua Channel Inspection Port

A section of Aqua Channel with a neck extension from the top of the channel which has a removable cap

Quikpoint PLUS Mortar Pointing drill attachment for fast, clean and effortless brick and stone joint filling

with self-mixed or bagged mortars, cement or lime. Fits wide range of rotary drills. Faster and less

The Quikpoint PLUS has the addition of a strengthened auger which has been hardened (heat-treated)

Perforated land drain filter sleeve prevents the unwanted sand and silt particles from entering and

clogging perforated drainage pipes.

It is recommended for the protection of all underground drainage systems in all soil types. It is

particularly suited for use in sandy and silty soil conditions.

The durable knit construction is seamless and can be used as a filter envelope to cover various types of

Ecogrid Permeable Paving Ecogrid permeable paving by the square metre which is made up of 9 grids 330mm x 330mm x 30mm high for

E30 grids and 40mm high for EH40 grids.

This permeable paving grid is made of 100% recycled plastic. Ideal for garden shed foundations and other

garden structures such as a Pagoda, Office and even a small pavilion.

The grid can be filled with pea gravel, soil which can be seeded to grow grass, chippings or rubber crumb.

& Conditions Price & Payment

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out at the time you place your order plus any charges for delivery and

insurance as quoted.

All prices include VAT. Alliance Remedial Supplies VAT number is 119 9143 03.

We reserve the right to change the price of commodity goods, such as those containing significant amounts of copper

or nickel or the like, due to market conditions but we will confirm the prevailing price with you before accepting your

order. We are not obliged to accept your order for such goods and may decline it or limit the order quantity.

Occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to

supply the goods at the incorrect price.

We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for delivery,

before your order can be processed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

Credit Account

Customers are invited to apply for a credit account where purchases are invoiced on the day the goods are received and

settled 30 days after invoice date.

Delivery

There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety reasons the driver is only contracted to deliver kerbside,

delivery inside a customer’s property is at the driver’s discretion.

For pallet deliveries please have arrangements in place to unload your goods or advise us if a tail lift vehicle is required.

Some pallet couriers make a charge for re-delivery. We have to pass this on to the customer when this occurs.

Please note that for all items delivered by courier, it is the customers responsibility to ensure adequate vehicular access

and the provision of suitable offloading equipment, where required.

PLEASE DO NOT ARRANGE TO INSTALL THE ITEMS UNTIL AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND CHECKED FOR

DAMAGE AND/OR SHORTFALLS. ALLIANCE REMEDIAL SUPPLIES LIMITED OR ITS AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY

INSTALLER OR CONTRACTOR COSTS, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR COMPENSATION IN ANY WAY. IN THE UNLIKLY EVENT

THAT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALL THE GOODS WITHIN THE STATED DELIVERY TIME OR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED AND

OR MISSING, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 2 DAYS. AFTER THIS PERIOD WE WILL ASSUME THAT EVERYTHING IS
