Subject: Health Testimonial
Hi Friends and family,
This is kind of lengthy, but I really felt the need to sit down and write it.
I am sending this e-mail, because I want to share with everyone the changes in my life health wise. As most of
you know I have been taking Isotonic vitamins and minerals for over a year now.I have always had allergies to animals and dust, smoke, pollen, and I have been told my whole life by themedical establishment that there's no way to fix it or "cure it". My mom and I just accepted that, after all I wasseeing "specialists" in the field.
I developed severe asthma by the age of 19; earlier I was diagnosed at the age of 17 with Nasal Polyps the sizeof golf balls in my sinuses, big enough to cause a stroke. The polyps or tumors were literally cutting off the flowof blood to my head causing the migraines (which was determined by a cat scan). I was in and out of hospitalswith migraines and had to have Demerolshots or other drugs for the pain. After many doctors, drugs, and steroids, the polyps were shrunk and finallydisappeared, but by then the damage was done. My grades in school wentfrom 3.6+ to 2.9 and I lost all of my scholarship opportunities due to this "medical problem". These problemsruined my life at the time.
So the rest is history, I moved on, got a life, and lived on inhalers and the latest drugs for my Asthma. I hadefficiently sterilized my life to a point where I would not enter a restaurant with smoke, or a home where a dog, cat, or bird had even been. Not without my Claritin, Singular,Albuteral, Flovent, Serevent, and so on and so on. etc. Did any of these drugs help me get better or get rid of theunder lying problem, of course not. I continued to become worse and worse. I would heat up or become flushed
just being in a room with an animal or smoke, and it was like a crushing feeling. I began to have allergies tothings I had never had problems with before such as foods, white wine, sulfa drugs and antibiotics.
The reason I write this, is that I was handed a bottle of OPC-3 by a friend of mine last year. I scoffed at her andsaid why not, I have tried everything else, such as: acupuncture, naturopathy, nutrition, vitamins, grape seed pine bark, other herbs and extracts, you name it. Do these things work?....yesthey can if you can get enough and can afford it! I was a single mother, so I could not sustain any of this.
Anyway I was too polite to tell her to go away.
So I tried a bottle of OPC-3, then I got a 2nd bottle because well, it seemed as if I had not used my inhalerslately. We had a large Family reunion in April and that is when I noticed I had not picked up an inhaler in a fewweeks. (I used them every morning at least). I had been so busy with the reunion preparations I had not noticed Iwas breathing better yet. My throat was still scratchy but I was not reaching for an inhaler. I was still taking theSingular and allergy drugs though, I was terrified if I left home on accident without my inhalers or drugs.
Now I am pregnant with my 4th child, & it is important to explain how different this pregnancy is. With my otherpregnancies, I used all my drugs to breath day and night, and I was put on Nebulizer machines with Albuteral forall 3 other births. I coughed up blood and phlegm every morning (from the steroids in the inhalers) I could notlay down in bed after the 5th month for fear of suffocating. My legs were swollen, my face was red. I wentthrough Kleenex like I ownedstock. I couldn’t exercise; -- I could hardly breathe when I was NOT pregnant. Anyone who has lung problems
can identify with me. It is a catch 20 with exercise, yes you need it to get better, but when you can't breathe toget started you’re stuck. So I gained a lot of extra weight with the previous pregnancies. I was miserable.
So this pregnancy:Besides having not used and inhaler since April of 2003, I threw them awayfinally in October 2003 in a nice ceremony. I have not had to buy Claritin, Sudafed, and so on, and have notseen my doctor for any allergy related reasons since April of 2003! The over-the-counter drugs were costing meover$100/ month.

I hiked part of the Wonderland trail on Mount Rainier about 5 weeks ago. (The Wonderland goes completelyaround the mountain 93 miles). We did about 10 miles around the camp ground, straight up and down, and I outhiked the kids! impossible 2 years ago. I have not coughed up anything in the morning. And NO Nebulizermachine. this pregnancy has been unbelievable. No swelling in the ankles, or problems with anything. It hasbeen a 100% change in my health and well being.
I can now pet a dog without my skin welting up or even caring, I ride the horses without the usual 3 Sudafed, and
a pocket of tissue and inhaler. I can walk through smoke of any kind without dying (still don't like it though, yuck).I can smell a flower and even have them in the house, my kids can touch me after touching a dog or cat.
I wanted to pass this on because anyone who knew me before and today can confirm this testimonial. Instead ofwaiting for the next drug to come out (and I used to get excited about a better drug), now I get excited aboutwhen or where we might ride the horses or going to a fair, or what trail we plan on hiking next. None of this waspossible for me just 18 months ago.Thank you Isotonix products, OPC-3 and GOD for my new found health, and spiritual being.I feel as if life can be worth living now. I am not saying I am "cured" but something happened along the way togive me back my breath and my future. This is good science and I have been on the products long enough toknow that it is not a passing thing.
If any of you are still looking for healthy alternatives, what have you got to lose?
Thank you for you time
SincerelyTracy SEnumclaw, WA.
On a side note, I had Bursitis in my right shoulder that I would actually get Cortisone shots for since I was 19also, --- that is gone too, and I can bowl, swing a bat, and brush my hair again. Things I could no longerdowithout the shots. My adult acne problem went away too! Talk about ablessing.

Nathan's Story
Our eight-year-old son Nathan was diagnosed with Athsma when he was age three prompting endlessdoctor's office visits because he was so sick. He had Bronchitis at least once a month and would rarely
go a day without coughing.I would sit up all night with him as he coughed endlessly. None of his
treatments worked; sometimes, they only made things worse. After Nathan had coughed for eight hoursstraight once, he ran around the living room at 3 am flailing his arms because he could not breathe. I
carried him into the Emergency Room screaming. When he coughed up blood, I rushed him to the
Emergency Room. I would listen to Nathan cough for 12 hours and watch as he would finally drift off
to sleep only to be awakened once more by another onslaught of coughing. My pale little boy with
perpetual dark circles under his eyes missed a lot of school and I missed a lot of work.Nathan took allof his medicine without complaint, swallowing or inhaling whatever 1 gave him and I began to realize
the huge responsibility I had to him. What were the steroids (the only medicine that
actually did anything) going to do to Nathan's body? I was told by the doctors that the benefits faroutweighed the risks. Having read extensively about Asthma, I knew that every time Nathan was real
sick, the damage to his lungs could be irreparable. I was told that if he had not outgrown the condition
by age eight, he probably would never outgrow it. I thought the next step for my little boy wasEmphysema. The paradox of raising a boy with Asthma is you constantly have to tell him not to run or
get excited and to settle down. In every other aspect, Nathan was a normal, enthusiastic boy and getting

him to stay still was as hard as getting him to stop coughing. At that time, Nathan was my only child. Ifelt so helpless and depressed. He was my whole life.
Then, a good friend told me that OPC-3» had helped her friend with Asthma. I began giving it toNathan in March, 1999 and since that time, he has not had an attack, or a cough for that matter. I have
happily thrown away a host of medicines and the Nebulizer breathing machine. Nathan played little
league baseball this summer and did nor slow down for a second. He is an avid swimmer, bike rider,
roller-blader and all-around athlete (no time for books). I can not begin to measure what your product,OPC-3 has given to me and my son. Please accept our most gracious and sincere thanks.

I have had severe allergy problems with symptoms including burning eyes and stingy throat, headacheand upset stomach from cigarette smoke, stingy, scratchy eyes and unstoppable sneezing from cats and
indoor pets, pollen, and mowed grass, even itchy hands from mowing the lawn. I have had continuous
sinus problems for the last four years. In October of 1994, I was put on antibiotics for strep throat. Afew days after finishing a ten-day supply, I was back for more antibiotic for strep again. This chain of
events went on until July 1995. By that time, I had a rhinoscope done, a CAT scan of my sinuses, and a
blood test for thyroid and no sure cure or cause for my symptoms. I was days away from setting a date
for a tonsillectomy when my first order of OPC-3 came in on July 3, 1995. I double-dosed for threeweeks. Most of my symptoms disappeared within the first five days. I have not had one strep throat and
neither has the rest of my family since I started on OPC-3. After six months of OPC-3, I quit taking
my three allergy shots a week. Whenever, I feel congested, I double-dose and my sinus problemssubside. I now take one shot of Isotonix Antioxidant and one shot of OPC-3 every morning and have
very little allergic reactions, even in the peak allergy season.
I no longer have to take antihistamines after mowing and Clear Shield has stopped my hands from
itching after mowing. I can now visit my brother's home, who has two dogs and two cats indoors. Before OPC-3, I could not spend five minutes there without sneezing and scratching my eyes out. I was
there recently for 45 minutes to demonstrate the SNAP Heavy Duty Cleaner, and the only symptom I
had was I sneezed twice on my way home. My husband, who started getting allergy shots as a childand has been on
medications for years for allergy symptoms, keeps "forgetting" to get his allergy shots. He and my
seven-year-old son also take OPC-3. My family knows when my son has not had his OPC-3 becausehis allergy symptoms recur. Like OPC-3, all the products I currently use (about 45) are just wonderful.
Thank you so much for searching out the highest quality products and making them available to us.

In regards to B-12, that is true. However where I find the best use of doubling up on the B-12 is in myasthma patients. The increased magnesium absorption really is a great bronchodilator and they can
breath much easier. Usually within about 10-15 minutes. There actually is an IV protocol for asthma. It

Children & OPC
Dear Mitchell,
I am a Family Practice doctor in Indiana. We have quite a bit of asthma around here and of course
children are affected as much as adults. I have used the OPC in children as well as adults. Basically you
would give her the same per pound dose as you would the adults. This would be 1 mg per pound of body weight. For example if she weighed about 30 pounds I would give her about 1/4 to 1/3 tsp. daily.
In addition I would give her about 2-3 tsp. of aloe per day and 1/4 to 1/3 tsp. of B-12. The magnesium
and B vitamins really help to relax the bronchial tubes and the OPC will reduce the inflammation andallergic
reactions. The Aloe will be of help to boost the immune system to decrease the reactivity as well.
I hope this helpsRoger Spahr MD

A customer of mine has an eight-year-old son who also has asthma. They live in a basement apartment, and he was on 3 different kinds of inhalers. I introduced them to OPC-3, and after only 3 days of taking
it, he was completely off his inhalers. That was a little over 2 months ago, and he is still free of his
inhalers. He used to wake up in the middle of the night, wheezing and coughing, and hasn't done so atall. He has had just one capful since he started on it. They are very grateful for OPC-3.

Hello. My daughter is 14 and has been taking OPC and Vit C for the last 2 1/2 months. She has beenasthmatic for about 8 years and has been taking a medley of inhalers. This is normally a very bad time
of year for her. She hasn't taken her inhalers since starting the Isonotix. She takes 3 caps OPC and one
Vit C every morning. A lady I work with gives OPC to her son who is in 6 grade. He hasn't taken anyantihistamines since starting the OPC. If she is hesitant to try a young child I can understand but we
cannot guarantee her anything. We can only tell the effects we've witnessed for others. She can talk to
her doctor if that makes her more comfortable. Every person is different and will respond a littledifferently to the products. Results will not be known until they give it a try. Hope this helps. I know
that everyone I have sold it to for breathing problems is still taking it!

Laura,
My whole family suffered with different degrees of allergies. My wife and I both used Flonase and
Claritin. Springtime here in Oregon was really bad because if the pollen didn't get you, the molds
would. We started using OPC-3 a little over a year ago. It was a gradual process but now neither mywife or I need or use Flonase or Claritin. She used to need to use some kind of sinus product every
night or she could not sleep. My children have also seen remarkable results from using our Isotonix
products.
My whole family now uses the entire Isotonix line and you could not pay me to stop using them.

Hi Tammy,
My 12 month old takes OPC-3 EVERY morning for his eczema. The results are nothing short of a
miracle! I fix the normal 1 cap to 2 oz water, give him half (he weighs 24 pounds), and I give the other
half to my 2 year old (he weighs 30 pounds). My 9 year old has had asthma since birth. He weighs 65pounds and I give him one cap of OPC-3, one cap of B-12, and one cap of Vit C each morning. He has
not used his inhaler since taking this combination. We are talking about a child with asthma so severe,
he has had to be hospitalized several times, was enrolled in an asthma clinic, made numerous trips to
the pediatrician each year, and spent countless hours hooked up to nebulizers. He is now a free childwho plays competitive soccer!
Thank God and Market America!

Hi Loretta,
Our youngest son is 5 years old and suffers with Asthma. This problem has led to a lot of sinus
infections, bronchitis, and pneumonia. Since we started him on OPC-3, IsoChrom, and B12 he hasimproved greatly. He has changed from using his inhaler from 4 times a day to as needed on an
infrequent basis. He weighs 56 pounds and we give him one cap of each a day, unless his asthma flares
up then we increase the OPC to two caps a day. After a few of days we go back to one cap of OPC aday. We have also had good success by adding Mineral Blast twice a week.
As with any small child, this is what has worked for ours. Please consult your own doctor aboutchanges to treatments.

Judi:
I was confirmed with Asthma 3 yrs ago, although I'm sure I've had it for many years, but they kept
telling me it was just 'that seasonal cough' thing. I began with the blue, Salbutomaol Inhaler and
progressed to the orange, Flovent/Fluticasone Propionate & Beclomethasone Dipropion, Steriodinhalers.
In the spring of 96, I had my worst bout of asthma ever experienced. I was on vacation in the US, hadrun out of inhalers, did not have coverage while in the US and was unable to get replacements in the
states. My only recourse was to see a Dr. on unfamiliar soil, however, I chose not to do so for fear of
the medical nightmare of paperwork upon my return to Canada. I dreaded the thought that this would
be how I would have to live the rest of my life, short of breath, depending on inhalers to give me relief.I don't know which scared me the most, being on the inhalers, dependent on them for relief or the fear
of walking out of the house without them.
I have been using OPC (3 caps per day) for a year now and also Thermochrome5000 for 6 months. I
have not had to use my inhaler once in this period, not even during the worst of times during the spring,
or during the past very humid summer in Toronto or on my vacation to Florida. If at any time, I feel a
twinge of shortness of breath, or wheezing, I just take another cap full of OPC and it gives me relief.
I will never be without OPC, but I will be without the dependency of the inhalers!!!!!

I have been taking OPC-3 for several months and found my overall health improving greatly!
However, in July, my asthma seemed to find a life of its own (I am surrounded by farmland, wherecrop dusting, burning, pesticide and herbicide use are commonplace). I was on Proventil, Intal and
Azmacort inhalers, a dose of Singulair at night, and used both Vancenase and Nasalcrom. I still
suffered with poor breathing capability, chest tightness (sometimes I would even say chest PAIN).Within 18 hours of drinking Ultimate Aloe (about 4 ounces spread throughout the day), I have been
able to give up all six of these medications. Even though I, too, would kill if someone took my OPC-3
away, I would now also do the same for my Ultimate Aloe! Those of you with allergies should try it if
you aren't using it regularly now. I hope this helps another as it has me!

My Mother-in-law is just singing about OPC-3. She has been on everything there is prescribable forasthma and when she started OPC-3 (2 doses in the morning and 1 in the evening)she was able to stop
one of her steroid sprayers. Then she increased to 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and now
doesn't use the two inhalers she's been using forever. This is a woman whose asthma has been so bad attimes that she has spent a lot of time in the hospital and on oxygen at home, steroids and antibiotics just
to live. She's thrilled and is also a big seller of OPC-3 as a distributor!

Hi!
Just had to respond to this one. One of the most amazing results I have personally experienced since
taking OPC3 is the reduction, pretty darn close to elimination, of my sinus problems. I also hadsuffered from year around allergies and adult onset asthma for the last 15 years. Lived on Seldane until
they took it off the market, then Allegra, plus inhalers for the asthma. I've now been taking OPC3 along
with B12 and Vit C for close to 2 years. During the first year I noticed that with every month that wentby I had less and less trouble. First I stopped taking the Allegra. I then gradually weaned myself off of
all the inhalers. I now take nothing but my Isotonix and have had virtually no problems. I am 48 years
old, female, about 125 lbs. I take 2 capfuls of OPC, 1 cap B12 and 1 cap Vit C daily during the spring
and fall/early winter when my allergies use to flair up the most. During the other times of year I takeonly 1 OPC3 and still do just fine. I never experienced the severe migraines with my sinus my Mom
did. After I started having such great results I made sure she tried it too. My Mom would get the type
of migraine that only a bed, a completely dark room, no noise and a powerful pain killer could help. She has now been using OPC3 and B12 mainly for about a year and a half and hasn't had one these
migraines for over a year now. What a blessing for all of us!! It use to be downright scary. I urge your
friend to stick with it. The rewards are well worth it. 11 days is just not long enough to judge what will
happen. It was at least 2-3 weeks for me before I really noticed a change taking place. And then it justgot better and better!!
Best of luck!Judy R

About 8 or 9 years ago I contracted environmental/chemical asthma (sick building syndrome does exist
and it's cheaper for corporations to pay off victims than to fix the problem). I was diagnosed with a
45% permanent disability in each lung. Until this happened I was pretty healthy. I sang for almost 20
years with a well-respected choral group and was a volunteer cuddler in the neonatal intensive care unitat the University of Connecticut Health Center. I only bring these up because I had to give them both
up. In both cases, the air quality in the buildings was poorer than my lungs could handle. Yes, my lungs
were in worse shape than preemies on oxygen. I took theodur twice a day - a lovely drug. My bloodlevels had to be tested fairly regularly because there's such a thin line between toxic and therapeutic
dosages. I owned four different inhalers. One went everywhere with me, because breathing isn't
optional. One was to be used regularly as a preventative and the other two were pretty much forrecovery when (not if) I had an attack. One of these lovely inhalers worked beautifully (usually), but
gave me thrush in my throat. Horses and AIDS patients also get thrush. When all else failed, I had to

take a 10 day course of prednisone, an oral cortisone. When I knew I would be taking the prednisone, Iwould offer a blanket apology in advance to anyone within firing range. That was just for the emotional
effects, you don't want to know about the physical ones. My attacks could and were set off by: paint,
perfume, smoke, scented candles and incense, cleaning products, excessive garlic and any other strong,or sometimes faint, odor. The easy ones lasted about a day or two, the bad ones took weeks, four
inhalers and the prednisone. If I walked into a room that had been painted within the past month, I had
to leave in less than 15 minutes or suffer a "bad" attack. My attacks are characterized by a deep,
barking cough - mating season at Seaworld. On the up side, all the coughing caused nodules on myvocal chords and now I sound like Brenda Vaccaro, Lauren Bacall or Wallace Beery, depending on the
day. I couldn't go back to singing now, no matter what.
Bottom line - I started taking the OPC-3 a year ago. I've thrown out the inhalers, haven't taken any
theodur for 11 months and 6 months ago spent 5 hours watching television in a room that was between
coats in the process of being painted, with just the teensiest tightness in my chest that was gone by
morning. Take away my OPC-3 and your death will be soon, slow and painful. :-)--

Hi. My dad, 79 years young has been on 2 caps of OPC daily for 4 months. He was on 3 - 4 caps forone month because the 2 caps in the beginning were not making any improvement in his asthma,
bronchitis, emphysema, and adult onset diabetes. Since the "up" doses made a terrific difference in his
breathing, I lowered his dose to a maintainence of 2 caps. He was "chair ridden" previous to OPC. Hecouldn't even
get up to greet his children or grandchildren; always sleeping in "his" chair. He was in and out of the
hospital for years, the doctors always upping his Prednisone. He is also on inhalers and other medicines
for asthma and emphysema and bronchitis. He continues to take these, but he is literally acting like hewas when he was 50. He scouts the neighborhood, bringing in their rubbish barrels on rubbish day so
that they won't blow around in the street while the neighbors are at work. Always out for walks talking
to neighbors, etc.... Several neighbors have asked what has gotten into Dad to make him so energetic ,and I tell them about OPC. I have not made any sales to them yet, but my dad is the major reason I
entered the business 2 short months ago, and have several prospects who know him and his increased
health and energy, who are buying the OPC and are on my names list for future prospects.

I have had severe asthma and allergies for 23 years, using an inhaler regularly 2x/day and anotherinhaler as I needed it for an attack. I used Flonase nasal spray year round for allergies. After being on
Market America products for 6 months I "weaned" myself off of these prescriptions and am no longer
on any medications!!
Once in awhile my allergies may act up if I am raking leaves or mowing the lawn (really in the pollen
and mold) and I just take an extra dose of my "cocktail" (OPC-3, Antioxidant, Vit.C) and my allergies
subside. I am not sure about Thermochrome and children, but I know for a fact that TC Select plays arole in keeping my respiratory system relaxed also.

We have a customer who has a little girl who has been on OPC-3 for about a year now and she is three
years old. Her parents can't say enough about OPC-3 and have even told the Dr. about the positiveresults. He said as long as it works keep using it. This customer was a referral from another customer,
(who just happens to be an Herbal-Life Distributor), who has herself given us about 6 referrals. (How's
that for an endorsement?) Anyway, the involved customer has given us about 12 other referralsherself.
Back to the little girl, she had asthma so bad that we understand she spent most of her time in the
hospital and when not at the hospital or Dr.'s office, she was on all kinds of RX, inhalers, etc. We can'tbegin to describe the results that the parents have expressed to us!
She now takes one capful OPC3 per day and if she seems to have symptoms coming on, the mother hasher double up on the dosage.
Lastly, my wife just came back from delivering product to this family and the little girl referred to mywife as "Mrs. OPC". That is just great, great feeling!
