Test Result : Within a Week after Test Date. It will be available on our website www.allen.ac.in & successful candidates will be

informed by SMS on Mobile No. as filled in Application Form.

Test Centers : Admission Test from 20/01/2013 to 19/05/2013 will be held at all Test Centers.

Admission Test of 16/06/2013 and 30/06/2013 will be held only at selected Test Centers .

Note : For admission in a phase, student may appear in any one Admission Test conducted before the date of Commencement of course.

Present rate of Service Tax is 12.36%, Any increase in rate of Service Tax during the course period, will be borne by the students.

Inclusive of Service Tax.

If a student fails to deposit nd2 Installment on or before

the Last Date mentioned above, late fee @ ` 50/- per day will be charged (in addition to Fee) upto 30 d a y s . A f t e r t h i s t h e admission shall be treated cancelled without any prior information & refund of fee.

This course fee is only for 1st Year.

2nd Year fee will have to be deposited in the month of January 2014, which is equivalent to current year's Enthusiast Course Fee.

Refund request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.

2. Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with original fee receipt, Identity Card, Attendance Card as per the slab wise last dates mentioned in

No refund will be made after the Third Refund Last Date , except special cases as below.

3. Refund rules are SAME even A. If a student join late orB. if a student don't join or attend even a single class at all after depositing the fee.

4. All legal matters subjected to Kota (Rajasthan) Jurisdiction only.

Special Case for Refund After Third Refund Last Date

Student is entitled for refund of 50% of total amount payable (Less Scholarship, if any) after 30 Days, only if he/she gets Admission in Medical / Engineering College for MBBS / BDS / B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. through any Competitive Exam. For this following documents must be submitted along with prescribed Refund Application Form.

1. How to Submit Application Form for course where admission is through

Send completely filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures to our Corporate Office (KOTA).or it can also be submitted in person at our Corporate Office (KOTA ) / Center Office (Chandigarh / Ahmedabad).

Completely filled Application Form should reach us at least two days before the Test Date.

Generate & print your Test Admit Card from our website and affix a recent passport size color photograph on it and bring the same at the opted Test Center.

Note : 1. Without completely filled Admit Card you will not be allowed to appear in Test .2. For admission in a Phase, student may appear in any one Test conducted before the date of Course Commencement.

2. How to Submit Application Form for course where admission is

How to Submit Application Form

Ÿ After fee deposition student must collect their Unique Electronic ID-CARD by showing the original fee receipt. Ÿ After completing the Admission process, Student's Batch Details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Mobile No. as specified in

Application Form. After that he/she has to report in the Institute along with his/her Unique Electronic ID-CARD, at the date & time specified in SMS.

Ÿ Permanent Laminated Photo Identity Card will be provided before first MINOR Test date.

Student may deposit their fee through any of the following modes.

Fee can be deposited only after qualifying the Test for courses where Scholarship Cum Admission Test / Admission Test is applicable.

a. Demand Draft / Pay-Order should be in favour of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE, KOTA" from Nationalized Bank, payable at Kota (Raj.).

b. Student must write his/her Name, Centre Name (Kota / Chandigarh / Ahmedabad), Form Number, Course Code, Mobile No. on the back side of Demand Draft / Pay-Order.

c. BY POST : Demand Draft can be sent through post / courier. Make sure that FEE must be received at our Corporate Office two days before the course commencement date.

d. BY HAND : To deposit demand draft by hand at our office, first the student has to collect a pre-printed fee challan from our Corporate Office (KOTA ) / Center Office (Chandigarh / Ahmedabad) and fill it carefully while depositing.

1. Disbursement of scholarship will be done in August 2013 or 1 month from the date of Application (whichever is later) through CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, STUDENT CARD.

2. For NURTURE Course (Classroom Contact Programme) student, the scholarship will be provided only in FIRST Academic Session. Regular fee shall be applicable during second year.

3. Scholarships TS01, TS02, TS03, TS04, TS05, TS06, TS23, MS01, MS02, MS03, MS04, MS05, MS06, MS23, ES01, ES02, ES03, ES04, ES05, ES06,ES23 are applicable for Board Result in current session(2013) only.

4. Scholarships TS14,TS15,MS14,MS15,ES14 & ES15 are applicable for NURTURE Course only.5. Important : Scholarship amount will be calculated on TUITION FEE ( i.e. without service tax )

A student is eligible for only one scholarship at a time,no two criteria can be clubbed to avail scholarship (ASPS) at ALLEN.

3 Although ALLEN does not have any hostel/mess facility, however large number of hostel/mess are available in the vicinity of ALLEN. Student has to make his/her own arrangements as per the choice & need.

4 ALLEN does not have any tie-up with any school for your schooling, however good number of schools are located in the vicinity of ALLEN. Student has to make his/her own arrangements for admission.

5 Number of All India Admission Test Centers in various cities are being operated to conduct the Admission Test as per the norms and standards laid down by ALLEN. Any of these center can be changed .

6. Institute gives high priority to discipline & have strict norms to maintain the discipline. Students are not allowed in campus without Identity Card in any case. Misconduct, using of mobile phones in campus or any sort of damage to Institute's / Test Center’s property will result into serious action against guilty (including permanent rustication from the institute without refund of fee)

7 Any type of anti social activity, misuse of mobile phones and misuse of internet by students even outside the institute will also be taken seriously.

8. If a student remains absent from Class / Test, Institute may take action against such student, He/She can be rusticated from the institute.

9 Student himself has to ensure his/her basic eligibility (such as age, qualification, domicile, no. of attempt, physical fitness etc.) for the target Competitive Examinations before applying for admission at ALLEN. ALLEN can not be held responsible for any such mistakes, on part of the student.

10. In the event of furnishing any wrong information / declaration in the Application Form the admission can be cancelled at any stage during the session.
