HospitalsMedical Cleaning

ALLCLEAN Property Services Plus won a three month temporary cleaning contract prior to the hospital opening. This extended to two years as the project was hounded by water purification problems. We had a team of sixty cleaners doing full cleaning services in all areas until the hospital requested a full three step clinical clean to prepare for opening. This clean involved one pass with general purpose cleaner and two passes with Vira clean. Air testing was done in each of the Oncology, Theatres, CSSD, kitchens and stores, radiology, A,B,C Clinics, and the Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) areas.


Builders cleaning after fit outs is handled by our special projects team. ALLCLEAN Property Services Plus has done many corporate builders cleans from the new 7-Eleven sites in Perth, StarTrack warehouses at Perth Airport, King Edward Memorial Hospital, House home stores and at DFO we cleaned Rebel Sports to a high standard prior to their opening.

Australian Marine ComplexMaritime Ceaning

Australian Marine Complex is a LandCorp owned facility that assists private companies build oil and gas structures for the northwest and for the iron ore industry, as well as providing submarine landing floating docks for the Navy, and berths for the larger Navy ships, when being serviced. ALLCLEAN provide cleaning services for all buildings on site, which can sometimes be between 30 and 60 permanent and transportable sites.


Perth MintHeritage Building Clean

We are proud to be cleaning one of the oldest buildings in Perth. Perth Mint was built in the late 1800’s and is still a monument to Perth. It is fitted out in a modern style, but still has the challenges of a heritage listed building. The combination of offices and public exhibition areas means constant cleaning. We enjoy cleaning this icon.

Specialist Property ServicesOne-off Clean

The challenge of getting into confined spaces then removing possum excrement from a ceiling poses it’s own challenges. We had to clothe the men in protective clothing and masks, and then get an extended vacuum hose into the ceiling to the furtherest point.

We have the capacity to partner with eastern seaboard companies who do not have a presence in Perth. We can quote a project, complete the start up clean and the provide consistent ongoing services as we have for a Queensland counterpart.
