Buying your new home is an exciting worry free time because with Allam you can just

To get things started just let us know the design of home that best suits your

families needs.

You can choose your home from either one that is already finished, or under

construction or even one that is still on the drawing board and then to get the

contracts underway you pay a $1000 deposit.

Then meet with your solicitor to review the contract for the purchase. At this

point your solicitor will check and make sure everything required for the

purchase is in the contract. If you are happy, you will exchange contracts and pay

the remainder of the 10% deposit.

When your home is completed and soon ready to occupy one of our team

members will proudly conduct the final inspection with you and explain how
