All Year GroupsBella/GSOS team progress to
Scottish Schools Cup Semi-Finals
Team: Jack Cochrane, Jock Breckenridge, Andrew Duff, Jack McKenzie, Fabian Goldie, Antony Small, Connor Bain, Chris McFadden, Fraser Ward, Luke Cranney, Jack Jamieson, Neil McIntyre, Declan Munoz, Rory McClure, Edward McGuire, Dean Baber.
Next game: Semi finals against Loretto School from Edinburgh. Good Luck!
The result was never in doubt as the reigning champions raced to an early 2-0 lead with goals from Luke Cranney and Jack McKenzie. Bellahouston were very dominant with Jack McKenzie scoring his second and Jock Breckenridge deflecting impressively into the roof of the net from a set piece making it 4-0 at half time. Credit to the visitors who competed very well in the 2nd half but they could not match the quality finishing with Like Cranney adding his second then Jack Jamieson and Fraser Ward both getting themselves on the score sheet. The Aberdeen side were rewarded with a late consolation goal from an excellent reverse stick shot low into the goal past Jack Cochrane.
The Bellahouston Academy/GSOS team had a convincing 7-1 win against Robert Gordons College from Aberdeen at the National Hockey Centre at Glasgow Green.
