PortalMy Order Tracker ImprovementsMy Order Tracker improvements make it easier to find orders, saving time and adding efficiencies!

The Order # field has been UPDATED to show the ERP Order number (Sales Order Number) rather thanthe Order Navigator confirmation number.A NEW PO# column has been added and allows our users to search using their PO#.Previous functionality of filtering by Seller type has been MOVED to the View All Orders page.

Selection Navigator

VAV Box Performance Selection has been released. Users are now able to get Performance Data andEquipment Schedules in Selection Navigator, eliminating the need to generate these in another system.Favorites Improvements. The Delegated Admin can now delete saved favorites.The Excel import feature includes a column for Favorites Name. This allows the user to import pre-configured line items creating a “template,” saving time on stock orders. This can also be used inconjunction with schedules that can be exported to Excel format (e.g. Bluebeam, .csv, AutoCAD, etc.)

Users working on a government project with the “Federal Government” Project Profile can now selectSecurity and Fire Detection products.

ABCS Labor Estimating - To streamline the ABCS selection process, users are now able to manually enterlabor rates and hours in an editable grid for Systems, Groups and Project level. This makes it easier andfaster to enter the labor tasks for your projects.The Document Package definition label has changed to allow users to create new instances of anexisting Document Package. The ability to modify an existing Document Package was recently released,saving users from having to recreate an entire Document Package.Changing the Project Name will update the SharePoint repository folder structure as well as thenavigation buttons.

Ducted Systems User Updates

PortalDynamsoft Barcode ScannerData plates/carton labels can now be scanned with your mobile devices to quickly and easily access productinformation through Warranty and SmartSearch applications.

 Warranty NavigatorMulti-Window FunctionalityAllows users that manage multiple distributors to have the ability to open multiple browser windows andwork with each distributor independently. You are now able to select the customer from a dropdown on theWarranty Landing page and change which customer you are working with directly in Warranty Navigator,saving you the extra steps of logging back in.

In the Performance Report, when rating a HW coil, the report will dynamically update based on user-entered data for Flow Rate or Leaving Water Temp. In other words, if a user enters a Flow Rate, LWT iscalculated and if a user enters LWT, the Flow Rate is calculated.PCAT/Startup pricing has been updated for upcoming fiscal years.

Revised minimum order dollar values for free freight to help be more competitive.Residential - $30,000Residential “Ship Complete” - $15,000Commercial “Ship Complete” - $15,000

UPG Users can now add Freight per line item in the Ducted Systems grid in Estimate Details. Thiseliminates the need to manually calculate Total Freight for the Estimate. The Total Freight for those lineitems with Freight cost will now be displayed in the Estimate Summary in the “Freight on Line Items”row.

Systems 4100ES Panel Configurator now includes the ability to configure:Fully customized Remote AnnunciatorsFor multipanel networked projects, the Network Display Unit (NDU) can now be added via SelNav.For complex networked projects with fully integrated voice evac, the Network Voice CommandCenter (NVCC) is now available. (Note: this consumes 2 nodes on the network).

Quick Quote for EquipmentIn May, the Quick Quote tool was released for branch users to manage high-volume quoting. Quick Quoteenables the faster creation of submittals and quotes by reducing the number of pages and clicks.  Are you wondering which roof top unit (RTU) platform to utilize and if we comply with thespecifications? Start with Quick Quote! Select the platform and rate the performance rather than callingyour sales representative. Remember, the direct entry option allows you to immediately see a list of models that start with that nameas you type them in. This works well when looking for RTUs from our Norman inventory, also! It’s now possible to see selections and pricing all on one page! Save time by generating submittals andaccessing the quote template from the main page.

Delegated AdministratorsUpdated URL Whitelist to improve Navigator System PerformanceDelegated Admins - Please provide your IT Network Administrator with our updated Navigator URLWhitelist (Excel file) so they can configure these specific IP addresses to access your network, which mayresult in improved system performance. Application whitelisting helps “unblock” URLs needed by Navigatorto function efficiently and properly.  Selection NavigatorProject TemplatesDo you have an Estimate or a set of Project Contacts you use frequently? Copy Project in Selection Navigatorto use it as a template. This can be used for customers you work with on a regular basis, equipment orsystems you select regularly, or even just general project setup/organization.

Summer Series: Navigator "Find My Admin"What is a Delegated Admin and why do I need to find them? Every account on Navigator should have a Delegated Admin assigned to their account. The Delegated Adminis an employee within your company that has admin rights to create new users, remove users, add missingapplications and remove applications that you do not use. Delegate Admins also have the ability to create subaccounts and users for those subaccounts, uploadcompany logos and have access to Account Preferences for other administrative functions. If you do not know who your Delegated Admin is – no worries! You can locate them within Navigator by using“Find My Admin.” Click on My Account and – from within the drop down menu – select Find My Admin 

  

The below screen will appear with your company’s list of Delegated Admin.
