see who knows the most about life—and insurance. Two semi-finals will be played

in the morning, with our championship round held after lunch.

Join 1,000 industry professionals as IIAD honors our Underwriter of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. This year we will also honor a

CSR of the Year, sponsored by Texas Mutual. CRC/Crump will sponsor our keynote speaker, Dr. C.J. Huff, the superintendent of Joplin, Missouri public schools, who fearlessly led his community

through the aftermath of one of the deadliest natural disasters in the United States. Dr. Huff’s speech on “Leadership in Action” will share how he and his organization led the city to persevere in the

aftermath of the tragedy. His unique message will remind us of the important role our industry serves for our customers on a daily

basis.

Julia Rathgeber

Commissioner Rathgeber will headline a small panel, including IIAD’s own Pat Arthur (MHBT partner and current 2014-2015 IIAT

president), and (tentative) State Senator Larry Taylor, a Republican and owner of Truman Taylor Insurance Agency in Friendswood. Our panel will discuss the current state of the industry and what to expect from the upcoming 2015 Texas

legislative session.

2PM-4PMMore Trade Show and Family Feud

After dessert with the Commissioner, the trade show will be back open and we will have our Family Feud championship and 3rd place competitions. Our trade show grand prize drawing will be held at 3:30. The grand prize will be a $500 Voucher for a Southwest Airlines flight. There will be three

other prizes awarded. Each prize will be presented in an envelope, so you won’t know what you won until you rip open the envelope! IIAD is not responsible for paper cuts due to excitement in opening envelopes.
