Dear Comrades Re: 5 th Triennial National Conference ( Delegate Session) of AIBRF to be held in Delhi from 1 st to 3 rd March, 2019. Re: Launching of Conference Logo We forward herewith Logo for the 5 th Triennial National Conference as designed and proposed by host unit, Delhi State Committee and approved by central office. 2. It has the following features (a) In the background, there are pictures of Parliament House with Tri-colour and India Gate which are pride of the nation and symbol of Delhi city where the conference is being held. (b) It further contains regular logo of AIBRF (c) Slogan adopted for this conference is “ Be United, Struggle and Achieve” This slogan depicts commitment of the organisation on retiree issues. 3.The Logo has been officially launched in Lucknow on 18.11.2018 during Triennial Conference of U.P. State when the undersigned and representatives of Delhi State Committee were present. 4.We request all our affiliates and state bodies to use this logo in the communications issued by them to make it popular and create awareness among the membership. 5. Other developments about the conference are as under (a) Reception Committee for the conference has been formed (b) Hotel Rooms are being booked on the basis of information received from affiliates (c) Posters for the conference are being designed and will be supplied to affiliates by first/second week of January, 2019. (d) Delhi State Committee has plan to come out with the Souvenir on this occasion. Editorial Board is being constituted for this
