Entry Fees: Levels 5-6 = $105 The entry fees are non-refundable (except with doctor’s note – up to 50% of the entry fees are refundable. Request to be submitted by the start of the competition).
Payments: One check per team payable to EuroGymnastics with registration sheet (see packet attached witihn). Mail payment to: EuroGymnastics

Athlete Registrations: Entry form & fees must be received by Monday, April 1st, 2019.
Late entries, if accepted will require a $25 late fee per athlete. All athletes to register with USAG prior to submitting entries online through meet reservation process (KSIS).

Athlete’s music: Preferred method is to upload your .mp3 music files on KSIS platform by April 27th, 2019 using the event link above (or copy and paste the link to your internet browser). CD option will be available as well.
Please make sure to use the following file naming convention for the music: Club Name - Athlete Name First and Last – Level - Apparatus
Example: EUR - Angela Hsu - Level 9 Senior - Ball.mp3. Note: Coaches are asked to have a CD copy available as a back-up.
D-Forms: Not required for Levels 5-6

Admission: $25 Adult/day, $15 Senior/day, $10 Child (4-10)/day
Event photographer: Dan Pickard will be the official photographer of Region 1 Level 5-6 Championships. Dan Pickard will be at the venue taking amazing photos of gymnasts. For those familiar with Dan’s studio shots on location, you may know Dan is known to capture incredible close-ups, graceful rhythmic elements and motion, incredible emotion shots and other artistic poses with the use of his super high definition professional lenses… producing crisp, clean photos! More detailed information will follow on ordering competition photos.
Videography: To document your child’s routines and for training purposes and we will have SOUTH WEST VIDEO PRODUCTION COMPANY professionally video recording routines in HD with multiple angles and clean sound.
