Level 1 Competition finals to be held within Pakistan, top 4

will compete in the All Asia Final Round

TiE Delhi will host the Finals (level 2) and the winner will be

guaranteed place in the Finals at the largest Business Plan

competition at Rice University sponsored by TiE Global

The winners of the Delhi Finals will receive mentoring and

coaching prior to entering the competition at Rice University

Teams must have at least 1

Graduate Student

◦ Every Team must have at least 2

Students

◦ Rest of the team can also have

Professionals

Maximum 5 students in a team

All ventures must be seeking

outside equity capital
