• They are good swimmers

• Some live on snowy mountains

• Always live near water

What a Tiger Eats

• They eat meat like wild pigs

• They also eat birds, cows, monkeys, lizards, crocodiles, and small elephants

• They are carnivores

A Tiger’sEarly Stages of Life

• They start as a cub

• Female tigers mate between ages three

and four

Why Tigers Are Endangered

• There are only 6,500 tigers left

• People kill them and destroy their habitat

•The best way to help is to learn all about
