Backup Level Encryptions
● The backup data is compressed to reduce the storage needs to save the backup.
● The backup data is also encrypted using AES 256 algorithm both at fly and rest

● Recovery of the backed up virtual or physical machines on any hypervisor like VMware ESXi host, Microsoft Hyper-V and KVM.
● Upon completion of each backup schedule, VHD, VHDX, VMDK and IMG disks are created virtually without using any additional storage.
● Data integrity is maintained by keeping a separate virtual hard disk file for all modifications after booting the VM thus enabling the user to decide whether to include the persistent changes while rebuilding the machine.

Auto-Authorisation for OffsiteDR server
● A unique passkey is generated which has to be provided during the BDR Server setup to authorize the backup server.
● In Server Level Grouping, Group pass key will be generated which can be used for adding your authorized Vembu BDR Server to Vembu OffsiteDR server.
Sensitive DR data is prone to data corruption that may happen when the data is received from an unknown backup server.
