allotment for both the Maharashtra State seats as well as All India Seats as per inter se merit in the respective

merit lists and only one best possible option will be allotted. If the Maharashtra State Candidate by virtue of his/her inter-se merit of Maharashtra State as

well as All India getting the allotment of particular choice code of the institute then All India seat will be allotted to such candidates.
