(b) pursuant t o sectron 43 of t h e Austrakan Caprtai Terntory (Self- Govemmenf) Act 1988 of t h e Commonwealth -

(I) allocate to a Mrn~ster referred to In t h e first column of the Schedule, matters relatlng to the powers of t h e Executrve as follows

(A) t h e respons~bllrty of governing the Terrrtory wrth respect t o t h e matters spec~fied In t h e second column of t h e Schedule opposrte t h e reference to that Mrnlster,

(B) t h e responsrbrlrty of execut~ng and m a ~ n t a ~ n r n g the enactments specified In t h e third column of t h e Schedule opposrte t h e reference to that Mmster, and t h e subordinate laws under those enactments,
