AliGLOSS is a 3mm thick panel with a polyethylene core sandwiched between two 0.2mm aluminium sheets. The panels are extremely robust and offer excellent stiffness and strength. AliGLOSS is commonly used as a substrate for signwriting and features a high gloss PVDF coating that can be screen printed. The coating is tough and is suitable for exterior applications as AliGLOSS is also widely used in commercial construction for building cladding and for internal wall linings in moisture sensitive areas. AliGLOSS is also suitable for office and shop fitouts or other commercial applications and comes with a 5 year warranty and is also ideal as a white marker board in office fitouts, meeting rooms or cafes.

AliGLOSS:
White/Black AliGLOSS panels has been designed so either face can be used and the finish quality is the same on both sides. White/Black AliGLOSS is ideal for both cladding and signage use. Normal marker board felt pens can be used on the White/Black AliGLOSS so it can be used as a marker board.
Brushed Aluminium AliGLOSS is ideal for splashbacks or kick plates and must be 100mm from an electric heat source. It’s not recommended behind gas hotplates.
AliGLOSS is available to order in a wide range of colours and sizes. Pricing of special colours will need to be confirmed so please contact your local Gunnersen branch.

INSTALLATION:AliGLOSS can be cut, drilled and worked with normal woodworking tools. Stainless steel fixings are recommended. The sheets can be fixed to flat surfaces using a flexible adhesive (Sikaflex is recommended) and double sided tape to hold sheets in place while the adhesive sets. Instructions for bending AliGLOSS will be available on the Gunnersen web site www.gunnersen.com.au. Our existing range of PVC joiners can be used with AliGLOSS.
