TIP: place the frozen brioche pies directly into the oven. If you desire bigger and fluffier pies, first defreeze them at room

temperature for 35-40 minutes.

BAKING INSTrucTIONS

pizza | preheat the oven to 200°c (390°F). place the pizza on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

NOTE: Bake straight from the freezer without thawing, if desired. not suitable for microwave cooking.

peynirli croissant | Defreeze at room temperature. place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven. Bake at 170-180°c (335-350°F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

mini peynirli pie | preheat the oven to 180-200°c (350-390°F). put on a greased baking tray and place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

TIP: place the sparsely on the baking tray to avoid getting the pies stuck together as they start to rise.

NOTE: The peynirli pies are already pre-proofed. not suitable for microwave cooking.
