Should you choose Alexander Park you will be allocated your own personal wedding planner who will be there to offer their assistance and expertise in the planning of your special day. We’re confident that our first class service, delicious food and excellent attention to detail will ensure treasured memories for both you and your guests for years to come.

The function room can accommodate up to 170 Guests for a formal wedding breakfast and 250 guests for an evening reception. Our function room with its vaulted ceilings, chandeliers and comfortable seating area also benefits a large bar area for the exclusive use of your guests. Both function suites offer private use of our outside terrace and garden areas and your own entrance.

Weddings are a very exciting and exhilarating time but most of all romantic. To make your day as memorable as possible, your personal wedding planner will offer a professional service who will aim to listen and take away the worry of the big day. This will allow you and your guest’s time to relax and enjoy this very special occasion.

Set in between Hereford and Ledbury, this brand new complex is licensed for civil ceremonies and offers a driving range, a beautiful function room, luxurious guest bedrooms for you and your guests at preferential rates, gourmet cuisine and a Health and Leisure Club.

The Perfect Place for a Perfect Day...

Our function room can hold up to 250 guests for a banquet style celebration. The function room can be divided into half the size for a more intimate wedding. Regardless of size, your wedding will be impressive at Alexander Park Resort.

Your allocated in-house wedding planner will use their expert knowledge of wedding protocols and etiquette from your initial enquiry until the moment your day ends. Our planners give advice and can arrange every detail from event scheduling and room decoration to live entertainment, making your celebration happy and effortless.

A Memorable Feast...Your wedding breakfast will be unforgettable at Alexander Park. From traditional banquets to classic flavours, homely favourites and ethnic cuisine, our experienced catering team have all bases covered. Our caterers will also continue to work with you to ensure your choice of food is exactly what you require.

We can recommend suitable wines to match the food and provide advice on dietary requirements, vegetarian options and child-friendly menus to keep the little ones happy.

Blissfully Romantic... After an exciting day, spend time together on your wedding night in our beautiful honeymoon suite. You will be treated to a Rose Petal Turndown and a bottle of champagne, plus a full English breakfast in the morning.

Civil CeremoniesAlexander Park is an approved venue for civil wedding ceremonies and partnerships. Once the date has been arranged with the resort independent arrangements need to be made with Janet the registrar who can be contacted as listed below:

Provisional bookings for civil wedding ceremonies may be made up to twelve months in advance with the registrar, these then must be confirmed three months prior to the marriage date itself.All details of charges relating to the solemnisation of marriages will be discussed with the registrar. Alexander Park will accept no responsibility for these charges. There are certain legal requirements, which need to be discussed and complied with. This will take place between yourselves and the registrar. Alexander Park takes no responsibility for the organization of the service.

The ceremony can only be a civil service. Any readings, music or words, which form part of the ceremony, must be non-religious. It is possible to elaborate parts of the ceremony. However, these must be agreed in advance with the superintendant registrar. No food or drink may be consumed in the ceremony room one and a half hours prior or during the ceremony.

Room hire for your civil ceremony or partnership is as follows:Monday – Thursday £230.00Friday, Saturday & Sunday : £280.00Bank Holidays: £300.00These charges are for the hire of the civil ceremony room and are not related to any charges for the hire of the function room.

The Perfect Ending ...Alexander Park resort has 11 guest bedrooms, comprising of single, double, and family rooms and a bridal suite. All our guest rooms are en suite.

The facilities in the room include tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, a remote control television with free satellite channels and room service.Inclusive in your wedding package is our one bedroom bridal suite for the evening of your wedding. You will be treated to a full English breakfast in the morning.

Buisness & Pleasure

Alexander Park is conveniently place and ideally equip to hold your business meeting, seminar, or conference. From small business meetings to large conferences we are able to accommodate comfortably up to 150 guests. We offer the professional support expected to make your event a success, catering for both large and small events.

Business facilities include: free unlimited wifi access, the provisition of audio visual equipment, private car parking and of course when the work is done access for delegates to Alexander Park health and leisure club.

Work Out & Chill Out There are many aspects of Alexander Park that draw you in and our fitness suite is no exception. Our facilities boast a comprehensive and extensive assortment of training aids from free weights to the latest high tech equipment, all set in a naturally lit environment. Whether you wish to train as an individual or join one of our popular group fitness programmes, our fully trained physical instructors are available to ensure that your personal goals are safely achieved by creating bespoke programmes for your specific needs.

After the hard work is done why not wind down with a tranquil swim in our luxurious swimming pool or revitalising spa pool or leave the stress the behind and enjoy a relaxing cleansing session in our sauna.

Treatment Rooms

Our philosophy - We aim to offer first class treatments to the highest possible standard.

Founded in 2015, the treatment rooms are where you will find a professional caring service with our total confidentiality, commitment and friendliness to our clients. The facilities include: 2 spacious treatment rooms with treatment beds and nail bars.

Treatments - Pedicure and Manicure, facials, massages, waxing, body treat-ments and eyes. All treatments come inclusive with house coats and use of our leisure facility.

Golf OUR COURSE The brand new modern day parkland golf course developed from 2005 to 2014.Our course offers an extraordinary challenge to all that accept. With a total length of 7300 yards playing as a par 72, we will expect several highs and lows. With feature holes such as the 10th and the 15th our course will certainly not lose your interest. Being a young golf course the fairways are very hospitable but as this course matures then driving accuracy will be a necessity!

OUR SHOP The AP Pro Shop is the social nucleus for all golfers and guests. The location could not be more accessible and we have based the driving range and spikes bar alongside to strengthen the atmosphere and maximise your experience. With world dominating brands such as Callaway and Nike we can personally custom fit all of the hardware as well as offering several demonstration days. Our Golf shop follows all of the latest fashion trends in apparel including a large range of Under Armour.

OUR RANGE Our floodlight driving range is renowned in Herefordshire for its design and extremely clean appearance. We serve range balls through a voucher system purchased from the Pro Shop. We supply two piece range balls for a realistic golfing experience that are washed daily. Golf lessons are available throughout the week whether it be on the driving range or the Golf course itself. Range Ball Prices start from £2.50 for 30 balls rising to £6.00 for 100 balls. Our driving range opening hours are identical to the Golf shop.
