Pre-Set: 9:15 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. Media section will be behind primary seating area. Riser space

limited to one camera per television station or photography service.

Live Truck Parking: available on Broadway across the street from Kiernan Plaza in reserved

spaces.

Cable Run for Live Truck: approximately 60 to 90 feet from Broadway entrance to media

section.

Power/Wireless: power available in media section; no wireless available in Kiernan Plaza.

Photographer Pits: on both flanks of the audience sections. Will be labeled – MEDIA/EVENT

STAFF ONLY.

Media Areas: Media Center area in the center of Kiernan Plaza layout; additionally, balcony

access opposite stage is available on sections labeled with MEDIA.

VISUALS:

All times are approximate and are subject to change. In the event of any major change, we will

send a revised schedule as needed.

Pre-set will be available starting at 9:15 a.m. Media will not be allowed to enter prior to 9:15

a.m.

You must hold Inauguration media credentials to enter MEDIA areas. For information about

phone at (518) 221-1377. Credentials will be distributed at the Event Command Center desk

at Kiernan Plaza (located near the top of the stairs on the Broadway entrance).
