Albatross SPK Pumping System is made todraw any screen chemical from 55 gallondrums. The SPK System utilizes a singleTeflon Pump which sits directly on the drums.This draws the screen chemical into theAlbatross Spray/Brush. The cleaningchemical is delivered to the screen throughthe center of the brush. The nylon bristlebrush allows you to rub the chemicalsthoroughly onto the screen. This method isideal for either cleaning the ink from thescreen or reclaiming the screen.

ALBATROSS CDS PUMPING SYSTEMS

Albatross CDS Pumping System is a triplepump system for high volume screen printers.The CDS System pumps screen chemicalsdirectly from 55-gallon drums. The drums can bestored away from the screen room as 50’ of hoseis supplied for each screen chemical. The pumpbox is made to be wall mounted. It contains 3high quality Telfon pneumatic pumps. Thepumps can be used to spray all types of screenchemicals including ink degrader, emulsionremover, haze/ghost remover and screendegreaser. The draw hoses and coil hosesrunning to the spray guns are color coded foreasy identification of the chemicals beingsprayed. CDS comes with a regulating gage andcan be set up for use in minutes.

ALBATROSS TPS PUMPING SYSTEM

Albatross TPS Pumping System is the ideal systemfor delivering screen chemicals from 5-gallon pails.The compact pumping box has 3 pneumaticdiaphragm pumps made to spray ink degrader,emulsion remover and screen degreaser. The TPScomes with a steel shelving system so that the pailsare stacked vertically to minimize the use of floorspace. The color coded hoses draw the chemicalsfrom the 5-gallon pails. The color coordinated coilhoses connect onto hand held spray guns to atomizethe solutions onto the screen. The TPS System canbe placed next to your wash-out tank and utilizesless than 2 square feet of floor space.

ALBATROSS WTS FILTRATION SYSTEMThe Albatross WTS is a complete filtration system for removing all waste particlesfrom the water simultaneously with cleaning and reclaiming screens. The WTSutilizes at 4 stage filtration system to collect impurities to five microns. Qualityfeatures include a self priming pump, two self bleeding cotton filters, a 5 microncombination cotton/activated charcoal filter, automatic shut off when filters needchanging, three separate indicator lights for each filter, audible alarm for filterchange, two 11 gallon collection tanks for waste water and filtered water, collectionbasket with clips for screen mesh to catch large particles and an automatic pumpswitch. The unique filtered water tank allows you to collect water for periodictesting. No other filtration system is as complete and easy to use.

Estacion de Limpieza HydroSolvLa HydroSolv es una maquina de limpieza completa diseñada para remover todo tipo de manchas de virtualmente cualquier tipo de tela. A diferencia de los métodos convencionales de limpieza de manchas para uso industrial (pistolas quitamanchas electricas y solventes volatiles), los sistemas HydroSolv utilizan solventes y limpiadores a base de agua. Con los dos recipientes se permite a los operadores limpiar tanto manchas “del lado seco,” tales como grasa, aceite y tierra, como manchas “del lado humedo”, tales como sangre, comida y oxido. Cuando se usa el sistema opcional “Alba-Steam”, junto con un sistema HydroSolv se puede utilizar vapor para remover manchas “penetradas”. El sistema Alba-Steam es un generador de vapor compacto equipado con una conveniente pistola de vapor.
