Alasya Bakery produces the finest range of artisan
Turkish breads. Our breads are individually hand-crafted
pieces baked in stone floor, wood fired ovens. We
use only the highest quality ingredients and our
impeccable safety and quality procedures have earned
us a HACCP accreditation.
Alasya Bakery bakes and distributes Turkish bakery
products to hundreds of cafes, restaurants, delis and
gourmet eateries throughout Victoria.

‘Ekmek’ is the Turkish word for bread. By mixing
a wet dough and allowing the dough to rest for
over 2 hours, Alasya Bakery insists on following
traditional Turkish bakery practices. The end
result is a soft, light and flavoursome bread.

Gourmet Vegi Pizza
Eggplant, capsicum or zucchini atop a base of homemade tomato,
capsicum and onion sauce, all topped with mozzarella cheese and
mushrooms and baked on our small pizza bases.
Borek and Pide refer to ‘filled’ pastries and
doughs. Alasya Bakery’s Pides’ share the same
characteristics as our ekmek and are available
in a variety of fillings. Our boreks are made from
a delicate, hand-stretched pastry. Each borek
is individually filled, rolled and baked under low-
heat in our wood-fired ovens.
Light, healthy, delicious and easy to prepare,
our pide and boreks make for the ideal snack or
light bite.

A nest of thin pastry with almonds and mixed crushed nuts
in the centre, covered in syrup.

A single thin layer of pastry rolled into a finger and covered
in syrup.
Pasa
A single thin layer of pastry rolled into a finger with pistachio
nuts and covered in syrup.
Kadeyif
Spaghetti pastry with almonds in the centre and covered
in syrup.
Turkish Delight
Available with either coconut or icing sugar coating.
Coconut: noughat, rose, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry.
Icing Sugar: rose, mint, vanilla.
