ALASKANS HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE ON THIS ISSUE ... AGAIN Paid signature gathering positions are available immediately. Positions are being filled statewide. Alaskans for Wildlife, a statewide group of sportsmen, scientists and recreationists, is gathering signatures on a petition calling for a ballot measure that would prohibit using aircraft to kill bears and wolves, except by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game in cases of emergency.
