Committed to helping its clients succeed in their businesses, Alamo recently announced the launch of Alamo Training, a new program offering best-in-class training services for sales teams in the pharma and biotech industries. Through the program, Alamo will deploy contract sales trainers to teach clients’ sales teams to understand specific markets, fully grasp the competition, and ultimately sell effectively. The carefully selected contract trainers will have unique qualifications including graduate degrees, field experience in the therapeutic space, industry-specific certifications, and coaching experience.

Training will be performed through a series of modules that comprise workshops teaching proven selling and communication techniques, materials for understanding the market and competition, and tests. The modules will be differentiated between sales reps and sales managers. Training can also be tailored to meet a company’s specific needs, including supplemental training designed to address industry changes.
