house from the finest ingredients – from pickling and smoking to the jams and hand-churned butters.

Treat yourself with artisan cold cuts, breads and cheeses, raw salads, plus

house-smoked briskets, pastrami and ribs. Experience aromatic Indian and Pakistani cuisine, with Tandoori ovens cooking

authentic naan breads and skewered meats. And try delectable handmade dim sum, silks barbeque and roasted meats.

Complete the experience with fresh ice-cream, house made confectionery and one of
