WELCOME

Welcome to another exciting season of Alabama A&M Football! Whether you are a long time season ticket holder or a first time visitor to Louis Crews Stadium, we thank you for being a part of the Bulldogs football tradition. In order to help make your trip to “The Hill” easier and more enjoyable, this informational guide is designed to provide you with Alabama A&M Bulldogs Football game day information. We hope that your experience at Louis Crews Stadium this season will be as memorable as always.

AAMU Athletic Department Mission Statement

AAMU Athletic Department Philosophy and Purpose

The philosophy of the athletics program is to provide the student-athlete a competitive learning experience in an academic environment, which will lead ultimately towards the completion of a degree. The athletics program is one means of promoting the university and is a service to both the campus (participants, student body, faculty, staff) and the general public (community, area, state). The athletic program is considered a means of fostering the development of the whole person, sportsmanship, and positive societal attitudes in student-athletes.

LOUIS CREWS STADIUM FACILITY INFORMATION

ADA ACCESSIBILITY/PARKING The Alabama A&M Department of Athletics is committed to guests with disabilities. Louis Crews Stadium is designed with accessible parking, restrooms, concessions,and seating areas. For more information, fans can call the Bulldog Ticket Office at 256-372-4700. Handicap Parking - Garage (Visitor Entrance)- Handicap parking is available around the home side of Louis Crews Stadium and in the Stallworth Parking Lot ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASE Fans can purchase tickets by calling 256-372-4700, by visiting the Athletics Tickets Office located at Louis Crews Stadium, Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm, or purchase online 24/7. ALCOHOL The Alabama A&M University and The Department of Athletics work hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.

ANIMALS Animals are not permitted on the grounds of Alabama A&M University or any athletic events with the exception of service animals trained to do work or perform task for guest with disabilities. ATMs ATMs are not available at Louis Crews Stadium. AUTOGRAPHSAutographs are only available during special events or promotions by the Department of Athletics. Autograph request are made through our Sports Information Department. AUTOMOBILE ASSISTANCE Fans can call DPS at 256-372-5555 BABY CHANGING AREAS Baby changing stations are located in some restrooms in the stadium. BACKPACKS For security purposes, backpacks and large bags are not permitted in Louis Crews Stadium. Purses, small handbags, small diaper bags, etc. will be permitted. All bags are subject to search.

BALL RETURN POLICY Footballs that enter the seating area must be returned to the field. BANNERS AND SIGNS Event related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the facility to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:

• Must be relevant to event

• May not be larger than 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide

• May not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements

• May not be attached to a stick/pole

• May not obstruct any stadium or event signage

• May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by Louis Crews Stadium management

• May not contain derogatory or un-sportsmanship comments directed to the opposing team’s players or fans, field officials, or stadium personnel

• May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by Louis Crews Stadium management.

Any sign, flag, banner or poster may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of the Louis Crews Stadium management. BOTTLES/CANS/OUTSIDE BEVERAGES Outside food or drink, including bottled water, and/or cans and glass bottles are strictly prohibited. Empty plastic bottles are permitted.

Bulldog KIDS ZONE The Bulldogs Kids Zone located at the Bulldog Softball Field outside of the stadium on the south side. It opens four hours prior to kickoff each game day. All children 13 years and under can enjoy face painting, games, inflatables and interaction with AAMU student-athletes. CAMERAS Cameras are permitted inside Louis Crews Stadium as long as their use does not interfere with the game or other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Pictures of the game are for personal use only and may not be sold. Tri-pods, mono-pods, multiple lenses and lenses longer than 8 inches are prohibited from use on the concourse or in the stands. Video cameras and video recording of events are prohibited. CHILDREN Children age six (6) years and under will get in free of charge.

CLOSED CAPTIONING To provide the best fan experience to every Bulldog fan, closed captioning is provided in the southwest corner of Louis Crews Stadium.

CODE OF CONDUCT The Alabama A&M Department of Athletics is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:

• Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption

• Behavior that is reckless, dangerous, materially disruptive or illegal in nature

• Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures

• Sitting in a location other than the guests ticketed seat

• Any material disruption to the progress of the event by guest’s actions (including entering the field of play or throwing objects onto the field)

• Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel or law enforcement officers.

• Verbal or physical harassment of the opposing team’s players or fans, field officials, or stadium personnel

• Entering the stadium with a prohibited item

Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her tickets revoked. All Season Ticket Members are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Fans who see someone violating the code of conduct should notify stadium security or tweet @BulldogGameday. CONCESSIONS Aramark is the official concessionaire for Alabama A&M University and Louis Crews Stadium. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.Ms. Felicia WilsonDirector of Dinning ServiceARAMARK at 256-372-5708 CONCESSION DISCOUNTS FOR SEASON TICKET MEMBERS There are NO concession stand discount for season ticket members. BULLDOG WALK Fans can line up to take part in the Bulldog Walk two hours prior to kickoff- Led by Head Coach Connell Maynor. The team will be dropped off at the Tailgate area and walk into the locker room located at Hobson Fieldhouse.

DIRECTIONS Directions to campus and campus maps are located at the end of the packet and at www.aamusports.com. Click on the link that says Game Day Central. DRONES Drones or Remote Controlled Model Aircraft (RCMA) are strictly prohibited in or around Louis Crews Stadium on game day.

ELEVATORS Elevators are not available at Louis Crews Stadium EMERGENCIESEMERGENCY ACTION PLANEmergency situations may arise anytime during athletic events. Expedient action must be taken in order to provide the best possible care to the sport patron/ participant in emergency and/or life threatening conditions. The development and implementation of an emergency plan will help ensure that the best care will be provided. As emergencies may occur at any time during an activity, the Sports Medicine Department and Athletic Staff must be prepared. Athletic Organizations have a duty to develop an emergency plan that may be implemented immediately when necessary and to provide appropriate standards of emergency care to all sports participants. As injuries occur at any time and during any activity, the Sports Medicine Team/ Emergency Response Team must be prepared. This preparation involves formulation of an emergency plan, proper coverage of events, maintenance of appropriate medical emergency equipment and supplies, utilization of appropriate medical emergency personnel, and continuing education in the area of emergency medicine and planning.

EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT:First aid supplies (athletic trainer’s kit, biohazard bags, vacuum splints, crutches, immobilizers, and braces). The crutches, braces, and immobilizers can be found in the athletic training room located in the Council Training Building. Epi-pens are located in the training room, or in the athletic trainer’s kit. The automatic defibrillator is located on the football field during all practice and game.

SHELTER IN PLACE PROCEDURESGate Staff should close all gates and exits and form a wall across the gates to discourage departure from the stadium. Do not lock the gates.

Ushers should be positioned at the top of assigned sections and communicate information to fans as provided by supervisors. Ushers may be used as needed to fall back and assist gate staff.

Press Box Staff should be positioned at doors and elevators on each floor and communicate information to staff and guests as provided by supervisors. Only create a wall at the main floor entrance if exiting the Press Box if deemed unsafe.

Field Security should continue normal game duties if the game continues. If the game is suspended, direct teams, associated personnel, and officials to their respective locker rooms and buses/ vans.

Assisting Persons with Disability – wheelchair and golf cart assistance will be available at each accessible seating section and the Press Box. All staff should ask first before providing assistance to guests with disabilities.

ENTRANCES GATES There are eleven (12) guest entrances to Louis Crews Stadium. The locations are as follows:

Gate 1:All American Gate- This gate will serve as the entrance for people on pass list, player guest, recruits, and HS Coaches.

Gate 2: Legends Gate- This gate will serve as the entrance for season ticket holders and Handicap

Gate 3: All Conference Gate- This gate will serve as an entrance for general admission

Gate 4: Athletic Director’s Gate- This gate will serve as an entrance for general admission

Gate 5: Bulldog Fast Track- This gate will serve as an entrance for all patrons who do not have a bag to be checked.

Gate 6: President Gate- This gate will serve as the entrance for all AAMU students with a valid university issued ID

Gate 7: Bulldog Gate- This gate will serve as the main entrance for all elementary and middle school students and guests

Gate 8: Maroon & White Gate- This gate will serve as the primary entrance for all fans of the visiting team

Gate 9: Captain’s Gate- This gate will serve as the main entrance for visiting team Will Call

Gate 11: Coaches Gate- This gate will serve as another entrance for visiting team fans- general admission gate

Gate 12: Hobson Fieldhouse Gate- This gate will serve as an entrance for special guest, coaches family, recruits, etc.

FIRST AID First Aid stations are located in the southwest corner of the endzone and in Sports Information office located on the concourse. There will also be a First Aid tent located in tailgating. EMS personnel will be located throughout the stadium. FOOD TRUCKSFood trucks are not allowed at athletic events or on the university without approval from Aramark, the concession provider for Alabama A&M University Athletics GAME DAY TWITTER ACCOUNT - @AAMUBulldogs Follow Alabama A&M University Department of Athletics Game Day twitter @AAMUBulldogs for information on things such as, traffic, parking, weather alerts and much more. You can also utilize this account to ask questions, report incidents and receive assistance during the game. GROUP SEATING Alabama A&M Athletics offers special discounts for groups of 20 or more. If you are part of a company, church or other organization, we invite you to join us for a fun group outing at one of our home games. RV ParkingRV parking will be available in the Stallworth Grass Lot located off Memorial Parkway and Stallworth. In this lot RV’s will not be allowed to tailgate. The cost for RV parking is $50 per game.

Courtesy ShuttlesCourtesy shuttles will be available from the Stallworth Parking Lot, Patton Hall, Tailgate Lot and other designated areas.

Bus Parking Bus parking will be on the visitor’s side of Louis Crews Stadium in the bus parking spaces. All overflow parking will be directed by event staff and DPS. The cost for bus parking is $50. PLAYER-GUEST Guests of Alabama A&M Football student-athletes may pick up tickets located at Gate 1-The All American Gate, beginning two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Per NCAA rules, each person receiving a ticket must be present with a photo ID in order to sign for tickets. Guests of players are required to enter the stadium when they receive their ticket and must follow stadium policies regarding no re-entry.

Press Box...is utilized by working personnel and is accessible by using the elevator on the west side of the stadium. Working press may submit requests for credentials to Athletic Sports Information at 256-372-4005. PROGRAMS Programs are sold for $5 at all entrance gates and throughout the stadium.

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR • Smoking, including e-cigarettes (Alabama A&M University is a Tobacco Free Campus) • Ticket scalping • Abusive, foul or disruptive language • Throwing objects • Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering • Access to the field level and or playing surface without the proper credential • Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate • Guests who appear to be inebriated and unmanageable will not be permitted admittance into the stadium. PROHIBITED ITEMS In conjunction with the NCAA safety of our guests and employees, is of the highest priority for our athletics events patrons. Alabama A&M University is taking reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of everyone entering Louis Crews Stadium. For your safety and enjoyment, please adhere to the following guidance:••All guests and guests’ bags will be subject to screening (metal detectors and bag search) before entering any athletic event at Alabama A&M University.••All persons specifically consent to and are subject to bag inspections prior to entry.••Any person or property that could affect the safety of Louis Crews Stadium occupants/property shall be denied entry.••Alabama A&M Athletics encourage guests to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to kick-off to avoid lines and to enjoy pregame in-stadium activities.••Louis Crews Stadium gates open three hours prior to the start of every home game.••Alabama A&M University prohibits the possession, transportation, and use of any dangerous or potentially dangerous weapons or instruments, including but not limited to those described below on all university properties.

Any attempt to bring prohibited items into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from stadium property. *Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.

The following items are prohibited:Firearms, Knives, Explosives or Weapons of Any KindBackpacks, briefcases and bags. Exceptions: Small purses (no larger than 8”x11.5”), fanny packs and diaper bags are allowed but WILL BE SEARCHED BY EVENT STAFF.Cameras… large lens cameras, cameras with a stand or tripod and Video cameras are not permitted, without a valid pass. Umbrellas and any other devices that may interfere with and/or distract any sports participant or fellow fans are strictly prohibited.••Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or discarded - NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.••Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspections of contents of bags or purses will be denied entry to the athletic facility.••Guests who are or appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into any Alabama A&M University athletic facility.••These rules and procedures are applicable to faculty, staff, visitors (invited or uninvited), contractors, and guests at any University facility or event.••Re-entry to stadium is not permitted, once a guest leaves the facility.••Alabama A&M University Athletics reserves the right tochange or modify these guidelines without notice – check the university website (www.aamu.edu) and the AAMU Athletic website (www.aamusports.com) for updates. • Alcohol • Animals - Except service animals (dogs) trained to work or perform task for guests with disabilities • Therapy, comfort, companion or emotional support animals are not permitted • Artificial noisemakers • Cameras with lenses larger than 8 inches • Coolers/Bottles/Cans and Thermoses • Drones • Firearms and weapons of any kind • Fireworks, open flames or flammables • Illegal Drugs • Laser pointers • Metal or glass containers of any kind

RADIO BROADCASTS Bulldog football games are broadcast on WJAB 90.9FM and at www.aamusports.com.

RAIN DELAY Alabama A&M football games would only be delayed for lightning or other emergency conditions. Information regarding delays will be given in the stadium. Fans should also follow @AAMUBulldogs on twitter for updates. RE-ENTRY There is a NO re-entry policy in effect for Louis Crews Stadium. Once a guest exits the stadium, they will not be allowed back in for the remainder of the event. RESTROOMS Public restrooms are conveniently located throughout Louis Crews stadium. All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities. SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING In an effort to ensure the safety of our fans on game day, we are asking all spectators to notify AAMU Police Department, event staff personnel or Athletics Department Staff immediately if you see anything out of the ordinary while on campus or in Louis Crews Stadium. There will be two shuttle routes servicing Louis Crews Stadium. The pickup location prior to the game will be The Fellowship of Faith Church and Union Hill P.B. Church. Spectators will be dropped off on Bates Circle on the home side. Spectators can catch the

SMOKING Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside Louis Crews Stadium or property of Alabama A&M University. Alabama A&M University is a tobacco free campus. STADIUM EVACUATION In the event of lightening or severe thunderstorm warnings, move all individuals from the field to either Hobson Field House (home team) or visitor’s locker room located on visitor’s side of stadium. All spectators and fans should move to underneath the stadium on either the home or visitor’s side of the stadium. In the event of a fire or bomb threat, the teams should vacate thefield by exiting the stadium through Hobson Field House and exiting to the practice football field as to stay out of the way of the professionals. The position coaches will be responsible for counting the players and making sure that everyone is accounted for. In the event of a campus lock down due to criminal activity, all athletes are to report to their locker rooms until the all clear signal is given by campus security or another university official.Severe Weather••Voluntary evacuation occurs with severe weather within 15 miles of Louis Crews Stadium••Mandatory evacuation occurs with severe weather within 8 miles of Louis Crews Stadium

Evacuation ProceduresGate Staff should immediately make sure all gates are unlocked, fully open, and clear of obstructions and help direct fans to the desired end location as directed by the CommandCenter.

Ushers should be positioned at the top of assigned sections and direct fans to the nearest exit. Do not block the aisles.

Press Box Staff should open all doors to stairwells and direct all staff and guests to exit via the stairs to the main floor. Elevators are for persons with disabilities only.

Field Security should direct teams, associated personnel, and officials to their respective locker rooms and buses/vans.

Assisting Persons with Disabilities – wheelchair and golf cart assistance will be available at each accessible seating section and the Press Box. All staff should ask first before providing assistance to guests with disabilities.

Re-Entry If and when the game resumes following a stadium evacuation, only a ticket stub is required for re-entry. STROLLERS Strollers are permitted at Louis Crews Stadium. However, their use cannot inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Strollers cannot be placed in a wheelchair accessible area. Strollers can be left at the guest service booth located at the North end on the concourse. STUDENT SEATING All AAMU full-time students are admitted FREE to regular season football home games. All students MUST have a valid ID to enter the stadium. Where to Sit: Sections A & B are designated for student seating. All student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability. Postseason Events: Tickets must be purchased for all post season events. There are NO discounts for post season events. TAILGATING Tailgating is encouraged prior to all Alabama A&M football games. For tailgate information and policies, please see below and visit Game Day Central at www.aamusports.com. TEAM SHOP The AAMU Team Shop, operated by The Department of Athletics, is the official outfitter of AAMU Athletics. The main Team Shop is located on the concourse of Louis Crews Stadium. Refund Policy No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Refunds will not be granted due to game date or time changes. Check aamusports.com for up-to-date game information. All tickets should be treated like cash. The Bulldogs Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost/stolen. Please stop by the ticket office on the west side of the stadium if you have lost your ticket to have a new ticket printed for a $10 re-print fee. VENDING PROCEDURESThe goals and objectives of the Alabama A&M University Vending Procedures are to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment that will enhance and promote integrity, civility, ethical conduct and good sportsmanship amongst fans, students and players attending the game(s). The following procedures concerning vending, fan conduct and Louis Crews Stadium are designed to help guide fans and ensure a family friendly, safe and enjoyable Bulldog game experience for all.

AAMU Athletics does not condone behavior or actions that are contrary to the goals and objectives of Bulldog Vending. Failure to adhere to the procedures (or other applicable laws, ordinances and policies) may result in ejection from the vending area, immediate termination of vending privileges without the option to vend the remaining of the season or the following year and/or criminal prosecution.

1. Vending area will open for set-up the day of the game 6 hours prior to kick-off.2. Vending set-up must be completed three hours prior to kick-off.3. Vending application must be completed along with payment prior to set-up.4. All vendor vehicles must enter from Memorial Parkway/ Stallworth Drive.5. All vendors must vacate the premises, including personal property, no later than 10:00 a.m. the morning after the game. Alabama A&M University is not responsible for items left on site.6. Signage and banners can only be erected on game day; they must be removed prior to 10:00 a.m. the following day.7. No tent structure larger than 10x10 is allowed without a permit from the Huntsville Bureau of Fire Prevention.8. Tents cannot block adjacent vending spaces.9. All tents must be properly anchored with stakes or anchor weights (center blocks or sand bags).10. All trash must be bagged.11. All Alabama A&M University paraphilia must be licensed by Strategic Marketing Affiliates.12. All vending sales transactions must be done within assigned vending space. The selling or solicitation of any in and around Louis Crews Stadium, including the parking lots, is prohibited. All items belonging to violators will be confiscated and/or rights to vending at Alabama A&M University will be revoked for the remainder of the year and for the next football season.13. The sale of perishable items is prohibited. (NO FOOD OR DRINK)14. All vendors must conduct themselves in a manner which ensures the safety and enjoyment of others. Abusive and/ or disruptive behavior including music and noise will not be tolerated.15. The University will not be responsible for theft or damage to any personal property.

BREAKDOWN:All areas must be clear by 10:00 a. m. the morning after the game. Alabama A&M University is not responsible for items left on-site. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up the area prior to leaving the University’s property.

VISITING TEAM PASS GATE The visiting team pass gate is located on the east side of Louis Crews stadium at Gate 9- The Captain’s Gate. The pass gate will open two (2) hours prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. WATER Large water fountains are located along the concourse of Louis Crews Stadium to provide free water. WIFI Free Wifi is available at Louis Crews Stadium. WILL CALL General Will Call is for customers who have purchased in advance and requested their tickets to be left at Will Call. Customers may pick up Will Call tickets in advance during the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bulldog Ticket Office located at Louis Crews Stadium during normal business hours or on game day starting two hours prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.

NOTE: Renewal of tailgating privileges for the following year is at the discretion of the AAMU Department of Athletics.1. The George E. Jones Tailgate Plaza will open for tailgaters on Fridays before home football games at 12 noon, and will remain open to tailgaters until 12:00 noon on Sundays after home football games. ALL vehicles entering the tailgate area must enter no later than two (2) hours before game time. All vehicles entering the tailgate area on game day must enter by 4:00 p.m. for games starting at 6p.m. and by 11a.m or 12p.m respectively, for games starting at 1p.m. or 2p.m. All tailgate vehicles must enter from Industrial Drive directly into the tailgate lot. (NEW for 2019)2. Only vehicles with authorized tailgate access permits will be allowed to enter the tailgate plaza. Only two (2) tailgate access permits per space are covered in the tailgate fee. Permit must be displayed at all times or vehicle is subject to removal at the expense of the owner, the person who purchased the tailgate spot. Patrons will be allowed to leave only if car with a tailgate permit is parked outside the George E. Jones Tailgate Plaza. Vehicles without a tailgate permit will NOT be allowed to leave the tailgate parking area. (New for 2019).3. Tailgating must be confined to the space purchased. All tents, RVs and vehicles must fit within allotted space.4. Traffic aisles and adjacent parking spaces cannot be blocked at any time. Vehicles that are illegally parked are subject to removal at the expense of the owner.5. All vehicles must display the tailgate access permit on the rear view mirror at all times.6. All tailgaters must evacuate the premises including personal property no later than noon the day after the game (Sunday). Alabama A&M University IS NOT responsible for theft, lost, or damage to personal property and items left in/around the tailgate area. All vehicles remaining in tailgate after the mandated hours will be subject to the following:A. Boot will be placed on the RV/Vehicle. (NEW for 2019)B. Cost to remove boot will be $200 payable at AAMU Athletic Ticket Office. (NEW for 2019)C. Persons wishing to keep their RV in the tailgate area can do so by paying a $100 Rental Fee every four (4) weeks in advance when they renew or purchase a tailgate spot. Alabama A&M is not responsible for the RV. A waiver will have to be signed releasing Alabama A&M University from any liability. (New for 2019)

7. The selling or solicitation of any item by anyone other than University authorized personnel in and around Louis Crews Stadium, including the parking lots, is prohibited. All items belonging to violators WILL be confiscated.8. Signage and banners can only be erected on game day; they must be removed no later than 12noon the day after the game (Sunday).9. All signage on tailgate fencing is prohibited.10. No tent structure larger than 20x20 is allowed without a permit from the Huntsville Bureau of Fire Prevention.11. Tents and awnings cannot block adjacent tailgate spaces or impede traffic aisles.12. All tents must be properly anchored with anchor weights (cinder blocks or sand bags). The use of stakes on asphalt is prohibited. Tents must be properly anchored and secured.13. For pedestrian safety, all vehicles, grills, etc. must be in place no later than two (2) hours before game time. No vehicles will be allowed to enter the George E. Jones Tailgate Plaza (even with a purchased permit) once the tailgate area is closed to vehicular traffic. If persons arrive after no more vehicles are allowed, they will be directed to a pre-determined location to tailgate. (NEW for 2019)14. Vehicles must remain in tailgate plaza until the conclusion of the game or until Public Safety has determined pedestrian and other vehicle traffic has declined. (New for 2019)15. All-terrain vehicles are prohibited in the tailgate plaza. However, golf carts with AAMU permits are allowed. Only forty (40) Permits will be issued upon entering the tailgate plaza. The permit must be displayed on the golf cart at all times. All carts without a permit will be confiscated by DPS. All persons driving golf carts must have a valid state issued driver’s license. There will be a $50 fine for all persons operating a golf cart without state issued license. (NEW for 2019)16. Use and consumption of alcohol in George E. Jones Tailgate Plaza is governed by AAMU Drug & Alcohol Abuse Prevention Policy:http://www.aamu.edu/admissions/fincialaid/importantinformation/pages/drug-and-alcoholabuse-prevention.aspx and by the laws, statues, and regulations of the State of Alabama.17. As a lessee of a tailgate spot, you can allow the servicing of alcohol provided all servicing complies with University policy, all state and local laws and regulations. AAMU DOES NOT assume any responsibility for ensuring that you follow applicable laws and regulations regarding the use and consumption of alcohol.18. The lessee is responsible for laws concerning possession, and consumption of alcohol by minors and all open container laws.19. All beverages must be in plastic or aluminum containers. Public display of cans and bottles (alcoholic), or other alcoholic containers is prohibited. Glass containers and kegs are prohibited.20. For safety reasons, a generator exhaust riser is required for the use of gas/diesel powered generators. Fires and hot coals should not be left unattended. Tents, grills, and umbrellas should not be left in/around tailgate area after the game.

21. Proper disposal of grill coals and other items is required. Tailgaters are responsible for cleaning up their area prior to leaving the tailgate area and removing all coals, hot or cold. DO NOT dump coals on University property. (New for 2019)22. All trash must be bagged and placed in trash receptacles provided by the University.23. All tailgaters must conduct themselves in a manner which ensures the safety and enjoyment of others. Abusive and/or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and is cause for immediate removal from the tailgate plaza.24. Tailgating in non-designated areas of the University is prohibited. Tailgating is not allowed in any lot outside of the George E. Jones Plaza. All violators will be removed from AAMU property. (NEW for 2019)25. All children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult.26. Pets are NOT allowed in the tailgate plaza or property of Alabama A&M University. Only persons needing a service animal will be allowed to have the animal on AAMU property.27. Tailgaters are encouraged to support the Bulldogs by wearing team colors and team paraphernalia.28. Please be respectful of all patrons and keep music at a level that will not disturb others.29. Persons caught selling or committing any unlawful act within the tailgate area will be removed and tailgate privileges may be revoked. The following is a list of, but not limited to, prohibited items: alcohol, gambling, exotic animals, domestic animals, merchandise, ice cream, etc. (NEW for 2019)30. All tailgaters found not abiding by the rules set forth in the aforementioned statements are subject to removal at any time by the proper authorities of Alabama A&M University and/or having all tailgate privileges revoked by the Director or Athletics or his designee.
