Mission and Vision Statement Mission Balance quality versus quantity and this is a delicate but necessary challenge to undertake. Vision Developing and promoting the washing sector. Creating customers need through quality

products and best commitment.

Corporate Overview Al-Madina Washing Plant Ltd. has one of the most modern washing plant in

Bangladesh, established in January, 2005. Which is situated in Singair, Road,

Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka. Md. Azam is our honorable Chairman & Mehedi

Hasan is our Managing Director.

Since we started our journey in 2010 we are amongst the fast growing business

collaborations with Europe as well as USA.

This washing plant is set up with the state of the art machinery not only to

cater our internal requirements but also to cater the needs of outside

customers. In addition, our plant has been expanded in a large scale. Factory

Space is 18,500 Square Feet both wash and dry process area. The washing

plant has monthly capacity for denim and twill 6,00,000. It has 350 employees.

Every year it exports 70% in Europe and 30% in other counties. Our peak

season is from March to August. We have our own E.T.P. facilities.

Quality Criteria The team quality is synonymous with us. We follow very stringent procedures

and an A.Q.L. (Acceptable Quality Level) of 2.5.

The quality assurance process in an ongoing continues process, which begins

from the moment fabric enters the factory until the time the shipment of

readymade garments leaves the factory. We have our own quality assurance

systems as per the international standards throughout the factory covering all

the sections, which is available for review any time.

Environmental and Safety Issue

Fire Safety Al-Madina washing plant ltd. is situated in a bank of river with adequate free

space and green environment were the working environment is beautiful.

Al-Madina washing plant ltd. has installed required fire extinguishers, smoke

detectors, fire hoses, emergency calling bells and special blinking lights in the

factory. We have a trained, work force in fire fighting. The factory has its own

reservoir water at all times in the event of an emergency.

Emergency exits are signed with emergency lights and evacuation marks with

the direction to ensure evacuation in emergencies. All the fire exits are

equipped with push doors. There are battery-operated lights in case of

electrical failure during a fire.

Security Measures

Professional security personnel are hired for the safety of premises; they are

present on the premises 24 hours a day, 365 days in the year. When the

factory is shut down for the evening, we keep a security supervisor there, to

keep records throughout.

In addition, 3 persons Ansar team (Government Security) is there with arms for

the extra security measures.
