If you are having audio problems, you can reconnect by clicking “Communicate” > “Audio Connection” at the top of your screen and then selecting either “I will call In” or “Call Using Computer”

In Order to Disconnect the Audio Broadcast, open the “Audio Connection Menu” by going to “Communicate” in the top navigation and selecting “Audio Connection.”
Then select the “Disconnect Audio” Button.

Hear an echo?If you are listening to the Audio Broadcast and you hear an echo, make sure you do not have two broadcasts running simultaneously. If you do, close one.
TroubleshootingAudio quality decreases?If your audio quality decreases, you can try stopping the broadcast and reconnecting by clicking “Communicate > Audio Connection…”
