Euro Motors, the sole dealer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Bahrain, participated at Jewellery Arabia 2010- the 19th Middle East International Jewellery & Watch Exhibition, held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

As one of the largest and most prestigious jewellery exhibitions in the world, Jewellery Arabia provided Euro Motors with an ideal backdrop to stage the Rolls-Royce brand. In total seven cars were displayed – two Phantoms, three Ghosts, one Phantom Coupé and one Phantom Drophead Coupé.Jewellery Arabia took place at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre between October 26th- 30th, 2010.

The second occasion is the National Day and the accession of His Majesty the King to the throne, which is a dear one on the hearts of all Bahrainis who share for their wise leadership all love and loyalty.

The final occasion is the New Year, in which we will bid farewell to 2010 and welcome 2011. So we are finding ourselves in front of coming and passing years and undeniable questions: in what we spent last year? What we gave and achieved??

Orient Motors, a subsidiary of Zayani Motors recently signed a deal with Bahrain-based Al Wardi group- the Biggest Transport and Plant Hire Company in Bahrain marking their investment in FAW trucks. The deal was signed for a FAW J6 truck that features a sleeper cab for two that will be used for hauling

utility trailers over long distances. ‘The introduction of FAW by Orient Motors poses a great investment opportunity for many business sectors in Bahrain to grow and develop. FAW has the world’s largest truck factory to its credit that produces a range of vehicles offering economic efficiency, a strong rugged build and reliability that will aid a number of purposes for economic and structural growth,’ said Managing Director Mr. Nawaf Al Zayani. ‘FAW is a well-recognized name in the Middle East especially in Saudi, Qatar & U.A.E. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has seen sales in the Middle East grow by more than 150 per cent during the first three quarters of 2010, in comparison to the same period last year. This achievement follows Rolls-Royce’s announcement that the manufacturer had doubled sales in the region in the first half of the year, its best sales result ever in the Middle East to date.

“Roll-Royce first three quarters’ sales in Bahrain have increased by 143pc in comparison to the same period in 2009, which is indicative of how the Rolls-

Royce product portfolio continues to take us from strength to strength,” said sole Bahraini dealer Euro Motors Managing Director Zayed R. Al Zayani, during the visit of Rolls-Royce CEO Sir John Rose to Euro Motors

“The recent opening of our new showroom underlines our commitment to business expansion while we maintain our outstanding service level in Kingdom,” he added.“ The Middle East region is one of the ‘Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ most important market and will be key to continued growth worldwide,” said the company’s

Zayani MoTors Joins rECyCling prograMME

Taking on a clean and green route this summer, Zayani Motors the official dealers of Mitsubishi and Peugeot in the kingdom of Bahrain, has recently enrolled in a recycling programme that will help contribute towards the well-keep and cleanliness of the society. The goal of this programme is to contribute to the global efforts of protecting our environment.

As part of the new programme, Zayani Motors will be provided with specially approved containers and recycle bins that will be placed at their premises for paper products, metals and plastics. The new bins, located outside the Ma’ameer showroom will encourage the ZM team as well as residents of Ma’ameer and other commuters to dispose of trash properly.

‘By participating and supporting the ‘Recycle for Charity’ programme, we hope to spread the message of a clean and

MoTor awarDs 2010Hyundai Motor Company’s mid-size sedan, all-new Sonata, has won the first Middle East Motor Awards 2010 (MEMA) for best car-in-class. The award was presented on October 14th during the opening ceremony of the 10th International Motor Show Sharjah in UAE. The MEMA is administered by twelve automotive experts from nine Middle Eastern countries that together represent the Middle East automobile industry.

The judges evaluated models - launched at least in five Middle Eastern nations within the 12-month period - on ten criteria including superior performance, technology, practicality and value. In particular, the jury focused on whether the car satisfies regional customer requirements.

Each vehicle underwent thorough road and track tests as well as comprehensive competitor comparisons. Sonata bested other cars in its segment such as Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, and Ford Taurus,

thanks to its superior performance, safety and comfort.

This marks the first car of the year awards given out by the Middle Eastern auto industry.

Sonata has been earning steady recognition in the Middle East since the beginning of this

External features are highlighted with a similar nose first seen on the Evo X along with a pronounced grille outlined in chrome and swept-back headlights. iso 9001:2008 A group of employees of Auditing Section of Al Zayani Investments and Managerial staff of sub-companies have held training on auditing through ISO 9001:2008 as part of primary preparations of the Company to get the internationally recognized quality assurance ISO 9001.
