The TT will be available in dealerships in July this year. The third generation TT pays tribute to its past where the model took the design world by storm, with a modern take on the bold original, with short overhangs, broad wheel arches and a lean a muscular stance. Standard full LED headlamps exude modern sports car appeal, with a broader and flatter Singleframe grille, sharp contours across the hood, electric rear spoiler and new centrally mounted round exhaust tailpipes are an incorporated design cue from the iconic first generation model. The all-new TT front end and floor assembly are made of high-strength and ultra-high-strength steel components, while the superstructure comprises aluminum castings, extruded sections and panels. As with all Audi S models, the TTS receives additional differentiation that includes unique front bumper, quad exhaust tips and Alu-optic mirrors as well as standard S model specific sport seats with pneu- matic side bolsters on the interior to mention a few. The TTS also boasts 19-inch wheels and 13.3 inch front brakes with four-piston aluminum monobloc front calipers. The S model design elements paired with the powerful engine and the standard magnetic ride sus- pension make the TTS a true performance car for everyday use. TORONTO - Toronto Real Estate Board President Paul Etherington announced that TREB Commercial Network Members reported a strong year-over-year increase in leasing activity through TREB's MLS® system in April. Combined industrial, commercial/retail and office space leased on a per square foot net basis, with pricing disclosed, was up by 79 per cent in comparison to the same period last year. The industrial market segment led the way with almost double the amount of space leased this year compared to last. The increase in industrial leasing was driven by deals reported in larger size categories. These types of larger deals were absent in April 2014. The number of trans- actions and amount of space leased can be volatile, especially when considering monthly statistics. Changes in average lease rates in April were mixed. The average industrial lease rate was down to $5.11 per square foot net compared to $5.37 last year. This dip was due to the increased share of larger properties leased this year. Larger properties tend to lease for less on a per square foot basis. Average commercial/retail lease rates were up to $21.32 per square foot net compared to $19.00 last year and average office lease rates were down slightly to $13.06 per square foot net. "Following an increase in leasing in the first quarter, strong April leasing results relative to last year point to positive results for the second quarter as well. Even though there is still some uncer- tainty for the outlook for the Canadian economy as a whole, it seems probable that the lower value of the Canadian dollar will boost the production of exports produced in the GTA. This expectation may be leading firms to take on more space in order to boost production," said Mr. Etherington. Total commercial sales in April 2015, where pricing was disclosed, amounted to 56, compared to 53 in April 2014. Industrial and office transactions were up on a year-over-year basis, whereas commercial/retail sales were down. Average selling prices per square foot were up slightly for industrial and office properties. The large increase in the average commercial/retail selling price was compositional in nature, with a change in the mix of above-average price transactions in the central core. "The GTA is often at the top of various rankings, both as a place to live and a place to do business. The region's close proximity to the United States and the recent dip in the value of the Canadian dollar should underpin further investment in commercial real estate moving for- ward," continued Mr. Etherington. PRICES OF REATIL SPACE UP BY 79% COMPARED TO SAME PERIOD LAST YEAR

DEEPIKA PADUKONE TO ENDORSEJEWELLERY BRAND TANISHQ

STYLE LONG LOCKS EASILY THIS SUMMERNew Delhi, (IANS) Summer often makes women ditch their hair length but for those who want to stay away from losing their tresses, there are other options too. From chopping it in layers to styling it to braids or top knots, one can look glmarous even in hot weather, says an expert.Aakriti Kochar, beauty and makeup expert, Oriflame India shares some of the ways to manage long hair when the temperature goes up:* Cut hair in layers (in long length) at front and back to reduce the density, but still keep the length.* Use a leave-in conditioner on the bottom of hair which is often more frizzy and difficult to deal with.* Wear a cap or scarf whenever you wish to protect your hair from sun damage.* Style it to braids, top knots, neat up ponytail.* Style your hair at home. Heat your curler to a moderate temperature. Let it heat for five minutes before you star t. Divide your hairin sections, the front being the crown and back being the nape. Fur ther divide the crown and nape into two sections from the centre -left and right each. On total making it four sections to work on one by one.Clip these sections and work on even smaller sections one by one. Smoothen the hair twice or thrice from the root going down withthe straightener or curler. Do not rush while bringing it down to the hair length. At the same time, do not keep the styler still at acer tain section for more than 10 to15 seconds as it can burn or damage the hair. In case of straightening , bring it down slowly to theends and keep it on the ends for longer for smoother tips.In case of curling, roll each strand grabbing the tips in the clip of the curler and then roll it up. Keep it for a few seconds and thengently open the clip to release the strand. If your hair is too smooth or frizzy, put some gel spray on sections before star ting to usethe straightener or curler. Make sure you spray it from a distance and in less quantity. Once you finish doing all the sections, blendthem by combing gently running your fingers. To finish, style your hair and add some finishing spray to last longer and stay in place.
