Who is Yılmaz İNAN ?

As our principal, what can you tell us about your-self? I have two children.I’m from Ordu .My daughter is third grader at high school and my son is fourth grader at primary school

Why did you choose to be a teacher?

I wanted to be a teacher because I love children very much and I love teaching

Can you describe your ideal type of student?

A bit of naughty, responsible and decent… that’s my ideal type of student

What are your goals on making Smart Schools the best?

Our aims are bringing on elite group up and giving a proper culture to this region.As long as you take education in our school and improve your skills,you will discover new things.In that time your family and the people around you will do the same.That will make people aware of new things and they will be cultured.Our students will become an elite person and carry Smart Schools to the top

What are your advices for us?

Study much,have fun and act out…You have to keep on studying while you are having fun because you have many rivals.If you are responsible and take our advices you can be a part of that elite group.

As English Journalism Club, We designed two wonderful posters about Atatürk and 10th November .At first we decided Atatürk’s epigram and picture and then we made the posters. Both of the posters were maden with cut

Florence Nightingale

Florence Nightingale was born into a rich, upper-class, well-connected

British family at the Villa Colombaia, near Italy.The family moved back to England in

1821.Nightingale underwent the first of several experiences that she believed were calls

from God in February 1837 while at Embley Park, prompting a strong desire to devote

her life to the service of other people. In her youth she was respectful of her family's

opposition to her working as a nurse, only announcing her decision to enter the field in 1844. Despite the intense anger and distress

of her mother and sister, she rebelled against the expected role for a woman of her status to become a wife and mother.

Nightingale worked hard to educate herself in the art and science of nursing, in spite of opposition from her family and the restric-tive social code for affluent young English

women.

HANDS,RULES AND PROMISES

In our English lessons our English teachers wanted us to draw our hands on a paper and then cut those hand-shaped papers. A�er cutting, we decorated our hands in the ways we liked. Then all that unique hands were attached to a big paper on which we wrote classroom rules. We hanged it on the

walls of the classrooms and we promised to obey those rules
