Responsibilities:

Reporting to Operations Manager/Factory Manager and initiate & ensure timely completionof maintenance & repair works of the plant & machines.

Initiates, implements and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices inthe food industry, with an emphasis on planning/ scheduling and preventive/ predictivemaintenance.

Coordinate with Quality Manager to ensure effective participation by themaintenance technicians in the implementation of QA policies and procedures.

Communicates directly with QA laboratory to ensure effective participation by themaintenance technicians in the implementation of QA policies and procedures.

Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions. Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization,

maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc. Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department and

ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of theoperating procedures.

Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanneddowntime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities forimprovement.

Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CAMMS) fortracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.

Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operationsand solving maintenance-related problems.

Supervises plant maintenance personnel. Ensures that maintenance technicians areadequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can beaccomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Assist with hiring of maintenance personnel. Initiates and carries out projects that improveefficiency and/or reduce operating costs.

Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department;reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for allmaintenance technicians.

Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plantperformance.

Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practicesin the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/-predictive maintenance.

Responsible to calculating every month MTTR & MTBF of plant. Calibration & maintenance of all instruments (ABB & E+H,Siemens,Allen Bradly,Fire alarams

Eskan make instruments) Capable to handle the Mix-preparation & packaging Food plant shift activity.
