The mission of the Airman’s

Attic is to assist the Kaisers-

lautern Military Community

(KMC), most especially Airmen

in ranks

E- 1 to E-5

and their

depend-

ents, by

providing

free clothes, household goods,

furniture, toys, and more. The

Attic is managed by the KMC

Top III and staffed by dedicat-

ed volunteers who spend a few

hours each week sorting items,

stocking shelves and ensuring

our customers are provided

with friendly service. All items

are donated by members of

our community and are in

new or gently used condition

About the Airman’s Attic Who is eligible to shop? Interested in donating?

All Active Duty/Guard/Reserve

military personnel in the ranks

of E-1 to E-5, and their depend-

ents, are eligible to shop at the

Airman’s Attic on Tuesday

Wednesdays and Fridays.

Active Duty/Guard/Reserve mili-

tary personnel in ALL RANKS,

and their dependents, may only

shop on Fridays.

High-demand items are often do-

nated to the Airman's Attic. Some

of the items become prizes in our

weekly raffle. Any customer may

participate in the raffle, but each

household may only win one prize

every 30 days.

Raffle winners must pick up their

prizes within 5 business days of

Volunteers are essential to the Air-

man’s Attic’s mission. In addition to

providing an invaluable service to

the community, the volunteers gain

valuable work experience, while

meeting new people. Volunteers

are needed to sort donations, stock

shelves, assist customers, and

maintain the overall appearance of

the facility.
