Installed new RT-Al200 fire extinguisher due to current bottle failed weight check (empty). Replaced co­pilots overhead light GE400. Found AMSAFE EMA life limit expired in 3/2012. Owner notified, system must be function checked by a certified AMSafe technician annually per ICA. Bottles due life limit change 7/2015. Per ICA disarmed system and stowed connectors. Airb~te, System is INOP until units can be replaced and function checks complied with. Placard on instrument panel installed. Inspected brakes, owner notified that disc are right at limits per Parker CMM and to expect change at next lining change. Installed 8 ea. 66-105 brake linings. Removed, Cleaned and installed new MS28775-222 0-rings in left brake caliper, back filled with 5606 and re-installed. Serviced brake reservoir .

Removed, inspected and repacked all wheel bearings. Found all gear shock mounts worn beyond limits. Installed 11 each owner provided J-11968-14 (530021-000) shock mounts and cleaned inspected shock mount tubs, tubes in serviceable condition at the time of this inspection. Work was complied with per Mooney MM 32-81-00. Due to unknown history, performed hard landing inspection per procedures in section 32-82-00, no defects noted at this time. Performed airspeed function check on gear found setting at 60 knots. Checked all pre­loads: Left gear 270 in!lbs; Right gear 260 in/lbs; nose both measured .063. Performed normal and emergency gear retraction checks adjusted right outboard gear door. Ran 8 complete cycles, all checks satisfactory at this time. Found slight leak in left tank, owner just had repaired 70 hours ago (3/14) and if needed will fly back for further sealing. Perfonned ELT battery replacement and function check per FAR 91.207(d) BaEery Exp. 12/23. _ AD 14-15-18 (SBM20-318) N/A per aircraft SIN. All AD's checked through Bi-weekly

Installed new tire of same part no. serial no. 5152800056 and new Goodyear tube G 15/6.00-6 TR20 Product identification no. 302-246-4001. Service to 42 psi per manual. Removed cleaned, inspected and repacked wheel bearings. Inspected brake linings and fotmd worn but within limits. Atumal due in February and linings should lost tmtil then. Owner was notified last rumual to expect both main brake linings to be changed next annual, and, further notified with photo of lining wear at this maintenance event. Right broke disc thickness checked and fowtd to be .330, these will need replaced in the near future. Notified owner of lower right brake puck leaking (probably due to lining and disc wear), suggest rebuild at annual or prior is fluid is foWld leaking on ground Perfonned gear retraction checks to ensure tire and inner gear door panel fit and clearances, no rubbing or defects noted at this time. Owner should watch tire as they may stretch until a few cycles are put on the new tire and tube.

Inspected landing gear per owners request for tar sealant that was picked up from ramp crack sealing program. Noted large amounts of tar on all three wheels; no tar noted in wheel brakes or rim assemblies. Attempted to remove while tires installed, found access difficult. Jacked aircraft and removed main tires and cleaned tar off tires. Washed tires with soap and water after process. Inspected and repacked main wheel bearings, inspected brake disc and linings (no issues noted with plenty of wear left on linings). Cleaned nose tire while installed but jacked and spun tire to note any bearing noise, none noted at U1i s time. Main tires found 5 lbs low, serviced to 42 p~i per maintenance manual.
