REQUIREMENTS:1- You must have a valid Independent Distribution Agreement with the company Omnilife USA, Inc. Said contract must remain valid for the dura-tion of the qualification period. 2- The monthly periods, as well as the points required for qualification, are specified in the “Achievement Charts”; check which one applies to you.3- These rules apply to all Distributors who are not currently qualifying for the 2017 International Trip to Asia (any qualification option).4- Points can be national and/or international, taking into account the following:a) Depending on your Career level at the start of December 2016, you

must generate a minimum amount of personal points every monthly period:

• Active Bronze to Silver Supreme Distributors: 2,500• Gold Premier to Triple Diamond Distributors: 3,500**b) The remaining points according to your “Achievement Chart” may

come from the Distributors in your Distribution Network provided that:

• They have not reached a 40% fixed discount and they are not directly below a Distributor who has a40% fixed discount.

You may not use the points of Distributors who are qualifying for this or any other contest/inventive, or the points of that Distributor’s network. It’s important that you take into account the closing days for each mon-thly period as the points generated will only count towards the period in which they were invoiced. Points may not be accumulated or transferred for participation in any other event or contest/incentive. In the event that you do not indicate your priority regarding the assignment of points (if you are participating in other contests/incentives or events simultaneously), your points will be allocated at Omnilife’s discretion.5- You must have a valid passport and visa (if applicable). The passport and visa application fees, as well as the country’s entry and exit taxes/fees and any other expense that may arise in relation to these proce-edings or activities, are the Distributor’s sole responsibility. You must present a copy (or copies) of these documents at the Distribution Center of your choice on or before August 31st 2017, and they must be valid at least until the June 30th2018. In the event that the Distributor and/or his/her companion(s) do not have a passport or visa, or that these docu-ments fail to meet the established validity dates, the Distributor may not exercise his or her qualification for the trip, with Omnilife USA, Inc. being exempt from any responsibility.

IMPORTANT:Within your first qualification period, you must notify Omnilife if your qualification includes your Co-Distributor and your child(ren). If you do not notify Omnilife before the final date established to this end, you alo-ne will be able to attend, even if you reached the points required to quali-fy with your Co-Distributor and child(ren). • In order to qualify for the trip with your child(ren), you must first qua-

lify with your Co-Distributor, who must be authorized as such at the start of the contest/incentive governed by these rules and regula-

tions*. Your child(ren) must be younger than 18 years onOctober1st 2016 and cannot be Independent Distributorsor Co-Distributors of Omnilife products. Persons with a different familial relationship (grandchildren, nieces/nephews, brother/sisters, cousins, etc.) may not qualify with the Independent Distributor. *In the event that you do not have a Co-Distributor, you may qualify with your child(ren) by completing the required points for single qualification, in addition to those required for each child, prior notification to Omnilife.

• Once the qualification period has begun, there may be no changes or cancelations in regards to your Co-Distributor.

• All of the expenses attributable to the Independent Distributor and his/her companion(s) not included in these rules will be the respon-sibility of he or she who incurs them (for example: transfer from city of residence to departure airport or bus terminal assigned by Omni-life, telephone calls, medical expenses, payment for a lost flight or transfer, hotel, tours, tickets to shows, mini bar use, room service, pay-per-view channels, accommodation due to changes in transpor-tation schedules/itineraries outside of Omnilife’s control, etc.).

• You mustsecuremedical insurance that covers the full duration of this event as Omnilife will not cover any expenses and does not accept any responsibility in the event of an accident, illness, or any other occurrence that may befall the Independent Distributor and his or her companion(s). Once you have successfully completed your qualifica-tion and no later than 15 days before the trip, contact OML Seguros.

• In order to make any changes (change of address, transfer of the ri-ght to participate in the event to your Co-Distributor, change in the type of qualification, point assignment priority switch to another con-test/incentive, bonus, or event, etc.), you must present - in writing - the desired request at any Distribution Center or call the CREO at 1-888-326-1188 or send an e-mail to [email protected] later than August 31st 2017. After this date no changes will be made.

• The cabin assignment will take place in the following manner:

If you reach single qualification:a) You will share a cabin with another Distributor of the same sex. b) With up to three children, you will be assigned one cabin.c) With more than 3 children, you will be assigned two cabins.

If you reach double qualification (with your Co-Distributor):a) With up to two children, you will be assigned one cabin. b) With three children or more, you will be assigned two cabins.

In the event that you qualify for the trip and you or any of your com-panions cannot attend for any reason, you must notify the Events De-partment no later than August 31st 2017. Your spot, as well as that/those of your Co-Distributor and child(ren), are non-transferable and will not sustain any type of reimbursement, compensation, or replacement on account of the trip or any of the included expenses.

Every month, your qualification progress for this event will appear on your sales receipts. If you detect any errors please report them imme-diately to your nearest Distribution Center or send an email to [email protected].

Final Dispositions:• Any evidence of the manipulation of personal points, modification of

records and/or other documents, producing incorrect information, or any other irregular practices employed in order to qualify for this contest/incentive, will be cause for automatic disqualification without possibility for review, with Omnilife USA, Inc. being exempt from any responsibility.

• The list of participants will be published periodically through any official Omnilife media; if a Distributor does not want his or her infor-mation published or does not want to be included in these lists, he or

she must request their removal by addressing an email to [email protected].

• If a participating Distributor has any comments or complaints, he orshe must make them known within 30 calendar days of the publica-tion of the information; after this period, there may be no further ob-jections.

• If you meet the point requirements indicated above, you will automati-cally become a participant in the present content/incentive; however, as an Independent Distributor you are not obligated to participate inthis contest; in the event that you decide not to participate, you must notify Omnilife of your decision in writing. If on the contraryyou do de-cide to participate, you explicitly agree to follow the rules stipulatedherein, as well as those established in the Distribution Agreement, the Independent Distributor’s Manual, and the Ethics policies specified insaid documents. In the event that you, the Distributor, or your Co-dis-tributor commit any irregularity referenced in those documents, both of you will be immediately disqualified without possibility for review.In this case, Omnilife reserves the right to deactivate or terminate the Distribution Agreement.

• These rules and regulations apply strictly and exclusively to the “You’re still in time to travel! 2017 International Trip to Asia” bonus, and takethe place of the ones published on November 10th 2016 entitled “New Recruits;” for all matters not contemplated herein, the contest/incenti-ve will be governed by the dispositions established in the Independent Distributor’s Manual and Independent Distribution Agreement, docu-ments that regulate the contractual relationship between Omnilife and

the Distributor, as well as by the legal dispositions applicable in the country. The breach of said dispositions will be cause for the immedia-te and automatic disqualification of the Distributor without possibility for review.

• The cancelation of the Distribution Agreement for any reason entailsthe immediate disqualification from the present contest/incentive.

• In the event that any of the participating Independent Distributors are involved in a legal or administrative process, an ongoing investigation or dispute with the Ethics department or other, or have any type ofconflict of interest with Omnilife or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries,holding companies, etc., they may not participate in the present con-test/incentive. Furthermore, in the event that there is currently noconflict between Omnilife and the Distributor but one did exist in thepast, Omnilife reserves the right to allow the Distributor’s participation in this contest, depending on the nature of the conflict.

• Omnilife reserves the right to modify – at its own discretion and wi-thout prior notice - the present rules and regulations, or even cancelthis content/incentive.
