Installed above referenced engine modified to TSIO-520-NB 335 HP per STC SE4327SW in right position of Cessna 340A, s/n 340A-0436. See337. Installed new RAM camshaft p/n 1058-3SL, L95078 per STC SE4327SW, Rev. 4.Installed heavy style case p/n 643207 with new channel chrome cylinders. Cylindersmodified to RAM p/n 1158-2 per STC SE36731SW. Crankcase modified to RAM p/n 1157-7 perSTC SE3 63 0SW. Cylinder hold-down nuts replaced and torqued per Overhaul ManualSupplement. Installed Floscan transducer per STC SE5726SW. Installed new McCauleypropeller model 3AF32C515, s/n 960924. Fire extinguisher bottle removed and sent outfor inspection and weight check. Re-installed per service instructions. See servicetag dated 7/5/96. Engine accessories exchanged for remanufactured or new units.Installed new prop governor. Re-used customer's vacuum pump, tach generator andhydraulic pump. Installed factory overhauled turbocharger. New Slick pressurizedmagnetos p/n 6320 installed per STC SE4651SW and pressurized. See 337. SB94-8 onmagneto timing procedure c/w per timing to STC degree requirements with TDC locator andprotractor with pointer. AD 86-13-04 R3 N/A per cylinder p/n. Installed modifiedconnecting rods p/n 1162-1 with bearing p/n 630826 per STC SE4327SW as FAA-PMA approvedreplacement. Installed RAM/FAA/PMA rocker arms p/n 1158-4 and -5 (single-piecebushing) . Cadmium plating of engine hardware and associated lines and fittings per Q.Q.-P-416C Class 2, Type II. C/W AD 75-23-08 R5 per inspections outlined in para's I A£1) (2) (3) of components in Table II. Installed new Aeroquip integral firesleeved fueland oil hoses meeting TSO-C53A Type D and TSO-C75 Type III. Inspected complete exhaustsystem upon disassembly. Turbo inlet clamps replaced this date with non-life limitedclamps p/n NH1000897-20's along with wastegate inlet 400-hour limited clamp p/nMVT68892-200. Wastegate clamp due replacement in 400 hours. Installed new NDM oilcooler p/n CAM 649479. See 337. Exhaust slip joints modified per STC SA4331SW. See337. AD 93-08-17 not applicable per engine model. AD 78-06-01 c/w previously per newintake tube p/n 642590. AD 79-05-09 c/w previously per current design plunger assy.Replaced at this time with new assy. C/W AD 89-24-01 Rl per installation of starteradapter p/n 642085A11 with current scavenge pump gears. Service Bulletin compliancethrough CSB96-8 in RAM Manual. Engine serviced with Phillips multi-grade 20W-50 TypeM mineral oil. See RAM Recommended Oil Grade Maintenance Tip M-lb for recommended oilsafter 25 hours. AD 76-02-07 n/a per installation of ALV9510 alternator. AD 87-23-08is n/a per crankshaft p/n. TCM SB 92-16 c/w per installation of VAR crankshaft (n/ato TSIO-520"B" series crankshaft). Above referenced engine was made eligible for 1600hr. TBO per TCM M91-08 Note 3. All aluminum, alloy engine parts were coated per RAMSpecification No. 1142. Crankshaft assy. , connecting rods, pistons, piston pins,alternator rotor and turbocharger compressor wheel assy* s. were balance per RAMSpecification No. 1161. See RAM Certificate. Propeller balanced per Service Manualwith spinner and bulkhead installed. Installed spring loaded induction clamps p/n1170-2 per STC SE3632SW. installed RAM-FAA-PMA rocker box cover gaskets p/n 1387-1.Installed RAM FAA-PMA oil cooler baffle p/n 1253-1. Cylinders flowed per RAM CylinderFlowing Specification No. 1242. C/W AD 93-16-15 per TCM SB M93-9 Rl installation offuel pump drive coupling p/n 653359. All engine systems checked for leaks. Engineapproved for return to service for RAM Aircraft test flight procedures. Pertinentdetails on filed under Work Order No. 2232.
