09.05.2013—Organized transport from 4th flat of TU Sofia

The bus leave at—8:00 AM

Delegates must be there at 7:45 AM (The bus will not wait for anybody!) - This is

for EB, FACI and MC

10.05.2013—Organized transport for delegates. Leaving from Central bus station

or station Serdica.

The buses leaves at 9:30 AM

Delegates must be there at 9:00 AM (The bus will not wait for anybody!)

The buses will come leave the Venue on 12.05.2013 at 17:00 PM

Тръгване на рейса—8:00

Делегатите трябва да са там най-късно 7:45 (автобусът не чака

автогара/ гара Сердика (София).

Тръгване на рейсовете—9:30

Делегатите трябва да са там 9:00 (Автобусът не чака никой!)

Връщането ще бъде на 12.05.2013, като автобусите тръгват в 17:00

We have organized transport from bus station Serdica (between

central railway station and the central bus station) to the Venue.

For those that are not coming the first day, we don't have organized

transport. So they can use the public transport in Sofia.

It has two possibilities to go by public transport from Central Train

Station to village Dolni Lozen, where is situated our conference. With

one transfer with the buses or with two.

Dear delegates,

AIM 2013 is the kick-off conference for the next term and

the place where the outgoing MC and EBs will say

goodbye to one amazing year that passed. Term 12/13

was challenging but set the basis for one year of strong

leaders and potential growth of AIESEC Bulgaria.

The agenda is designed in order to give to all of you the

needed knowledge for a better start of the term. The

whole conference team is working for all of you to have

the most unforgettable experience as delegates of AIM

2013!

With this I would like to welcome you as delegates of AIM

2013 and to take the challenge to be part of generation

13/14!

The conference is of great importance for

the kick-start of the new term. All the

delegates, regardless of their tracks and

specific trainings, will be able to see the

bigger picture of what is to happen in the

following months. They will understand

better the project and functional work and

will gain skills and knowledge that will help

them organize and deliver the best possible

This party will be mainly for the MC, this is their take over party. We’ll

see the old and the new MC, some speeches, some challenges, and lots

of FUN...for us (the watchers :D).

Dress code : Traffic light !! (Including GREEN , YELLOW and RED )

Green will be if you are free

Yellow will be if its complicated and you don’t know what is happening

(or you are crazy xD)

Red will be if you are in relationship .

Dress code : OFFICIAL

Important !! : Everyone must be with masks

ID card - we will need it for the hotel registration

A cup - think about the environment.

Photo Camera - to capture the amazing moments.

Warm Clothes – it may be cold

Outfit for each Event – be cool at every party

Medicine (Cough and cold medicine)

Hygiene means (shampoo, shaver, toothbrush, etc)
