Get the USER Report from your data managerCompare students on your list to files in cabinet –

make sure each file has current DEPOnce that is complete and correct – send me a copy

of the verification form and a copy of your USER report – Sign both forms

Let your data manager know when your headcount is correct and see when they are going to verify with Sharon Castleberry
