Dear AIESEC in Switzerland, it is my great pleasure to introduce you with the first ever Projects awards in AIESEC in Switzerland.

After working on different projects for couple of years already, I personally value and appreciate each and every project that I have worked on. I understand the motivation and passion people invest in projects, as I always give my heart and soul into them. Because of this I believe that the effort, time, passion and impact need to be properly acknowledged.

Therefore, in this term, I proudly present you Projects “Excellence” Award and Projects “Innovation” Award. Both equally valuable, both equally important, both showing the unique contribution to our core product and leadership development of members of our entity. With these Awards, I wish to appreciate people working on projects, for their outstanding contribution

Projects “Excellence” Award is awarded to the project

which demonstrates an outsoustanding contribution

to the practises of project management, a significant

impact on leadership development in the organizing

entity and our core product – exchange.

This Award goes to the project which excels in quality

management performance and in high customer

satisfaction.

Project that clearly shows a strong cross-functional

sinergy and proper management of all of the

functions involved.

“Excellence in everything” is what stands behind this

Award.

Projects “Innovation” Award is awarded to the project

that demonstrates an innovative approach to business

processes, unique way of thinking and sets foundations

for further development and leverage in the network of

AIESEC in Switzerland.

A Project that clearly shows a change in the operations,

a wide reach to stakeholders due to the new way of

thinking and impact on leadership development and

our core product – exchange, is qualified for this award.

Innovation that drove the growth of the organizing

entity is the one to be awarded.

“Innovation is the key of success” is what stands behind

this Award.

1. Projects from ALL LCs are eligible to apply, regardless of

existance of Projects team. 2. LC can nominate in total 2 different projects (1 for

Excellence Award, and one for Innovation Award. 3. LC can nominate 1 project for both Awards. 4. In case of nominating the same project for both Awards,

it is not necessary to fulfil double general questionnaire. 5. Career Days project is not eligible to apply for these

Awards, as the award for Career Days already exists. 6. Late submissions will not be excepted. 7. Only projects from the term 14/15 are eligible to apply.

8. Incomplete packages will not be excepted. 9. All documents need to be in PDF, with AIESEC logo on

them, except Excel files, if any. 10. Package needs to be labeled in the following way: entity_name of the award (sunshine_innovation award)

11. If submitting one project for both Awards, please,create separate packages.

1. One A4 page in PDF describing the relevance of the

project for three mentioned points.

2. Submit in Excel Doc. timeline of project activities and

clearly highlight the stages of project management.

3. Please, submit a PDF document with an organigram of

the OC structure and shortly explain the JDs of each

member.

4. Please, submit an overall financial statement in a PDF

document with clearly indicating the return on

investment. Budget: Optional

5. Please, submit sales report on 1 A4 page in PDF.

6. Please, submit the communications plan and total media

coverage.

7. Please, submit 1 A4 page describing performance in

Quality management.

1. Please, if you are applying for the “Excellence” Award,

submit a video, not longer than 5 minutes, explaining

why do you believe this project deserves “Excellence”

Award and how it demostrates exemplary project

management principles and techiques.

2. Please, upload your video either on Youtube, or via

Wetransfer service.

3. Please, if you are applying for the “Innovation” Award,

submit a video, not longer than 5 minutes, explaining

why do you think this project deserves “Innovation”

Award and answer on the following questions :

• How the innovation was founded?

• Why is this approach unique?

• How it influences the business processes?

4. Please, include the links on the videos in the application

package.
