You will work in a project with a team of other trainees giving workshops and doing activities related with certain thematic. You�re in charge of planning the activities according to the objective of each subject. Activities must be according to the ages of the participants of the project. As well creating a global environ-ment doing multicultural activities that encourages the opening of global mind-set in participants.

Prepare workshops and artistic activities related with topics such as: Education, values and multiculturalism.

Prepare creativity activities. Encouraging physical and artistic development. Activities such as painting, dancing and acting activities.

You will be responsible to ensure the participation of each children and promote the project in order to boost the organizations process

It is also trainee�s responsibility to participate in AIESEC events such as Global Villages and trainings, so we ask you to bring typical things from your country, such as food, clothes, music, etc.

We Provide gastronomy and dance classes, hosting, transport and partial food. We'll prepare trainings and integration activities for you know more about our culture.

Iexpressart! Its a project for kids who have been in difficult situations through their lives. We want to build better human beings and consciousness. For this, we created a 6 week experience for you, which consist in an immer-sion with this kids, traveling through theatre and painting, while teaching the children the most important human values.

You will be responsible to ensure the participation of each children and promote the project in order to boost the organizations process

Project description

Growing Kids is a great 6 week opportunity to teach values and good convi-vence norms and gender equity through art and dynamic activities to little kids in a community in Cali Colombia, teach them English, sharing time with them and with the local committee AIESEC members. Take the chance to know new places, new people, and new experiences come to Cali Colombia and help little kids be better and do better.

Decryption of the project is based on work with children and young people from 8-17.Trained must prepare daily sessions that allow teach concepts, vocabulary, grammar, listening, writing and speaking a second language, in this case English.

Provide the creation and organization of creative and cultural activities or additional activities to classes with which students are allowed to practice what they learned in class and better dynamics of teaching.

Conversational spaces should prepare at least once every week of the project, putting into practice the knowledge that students have learned throughout each week.

We will provide you the following benefits fortaking your practice with us

you will host in Jamundí city, a city near to Cali (journey time aroun 15 minutes aprox to Cali), you will have all the meals in every work day
