out of AIESEC!

All you need to know for your Application!

AIESEC in Paraguay has 2 years of

existence, out of which iGIP has been

present for the last year only. Due to the

new condition of the entity, iGIP has been

led by the MC only.

The only person involved in iGIP, at the

moment, is the MCVP ICX, who does all the

operational sales tasks needed. The focus

has been on creating new leads and

selling, particularly in 3 sub-products:

IT, BA and Engineering. The MCVP ICX

handles operations of both incoming GCDP

and GIP programs, making it difficult to

explicitly focusing on sales.

Up until recently, there was no team due

to the lack of right student market

approach to get members from. There is,

however, a recently formed team with

high potential!

The corporate market is Paraguay is

large, and there are many high potential

clients which are not being approached

due to the lack of HR. There is

absolutely no competition for our

products and the value proposition is

extremely interesting for companies,

particularly because of the poor Offer

of qualified Paraguayan workers. This is

particularly true for IT and Engineering

profiles. There are also 4 Global

Partners present in the country!

Questions are Fast and easy to answer, the

interview is the most important part.
