    About AIESEC in IBA:

AIESEC in IBA came into existence and started operating

independently in July 2012. Recently, however, AIESEC inIBA has gotten the full membership status. As of now, we

have 71 members onboard and this number goes up every

year. Since its formation, AIESEC in IBA has gained

overriding goodwill and reputation at IBA and this is

primarily the reason why we received over 700 applications

at Recruitment 2013. Not to forget that we sent over 40

students abroad from all over Karachi for cultural and global experience and this clearly unveils the

pace at which AIESEC in IBA is progressing.

    Projects of AIESEC in IBA:

One of the many AIESECs aims is to instill in youth the value of social responsibility and hence we

have initiated and implemented upon the following projects

Karachi - My love: This project was aimed towards rebranding Pakistan and Karachi; this

country has many problems but we fail to portray its positive aspects. This project was able to

get 5 foreign interns who visited Karachi and penned down their experiences at the end which

were published in various blogs in order to maximize the impact. It also ran a successful

cultural ambassador program where we engaged non AIESEC-ers with our interns.

Haq (Women Empowerment and Protecting Rights): This project is aimed towards engaging

the youth with the issue of women rights through NGOs like WAAR and Aahung alongside

giving foreign interns a chance to work on these issues themselves.

Ilm (Spreading Education): The primary goal of this project is to engage children between 5

to 14 years of age in cultural education in order to make them more culturally aware and

    tolerant.

    Karachi Youth to Business Forum:

The Global Youth to Business Forum is a unique event powered by AIESEC, which connects young

leaders and businesses around relevant topics in the world to generate new ideas and thoughts aboutthe future. AIESEC in Pakistan introduced its first Youth 2 Business Forum on the 27th of November

2010 in Karachi with notable leaders and executives from Pakistan's business scene gathering over

100 students and over 30 companies and published at TV, radio and print media. Prominent speakers

such as Aamir Niazi spoke on issues concerning the youth of today in relation to their active

involvement in the affairs of the corporate world in the future.

This time around, AIESEC in IBA has taken an initiative to organize Youth to Business Forum at IBA

which will concentrate on the theme of Planning for Success. By targeting around 300 students from

various universities and A-levels institutions, we have come up with a platform which will enable the

youth to voice their opinions, to confront the challenges they face, and revolutionize in order to

achieve their goals and be utterly successful. AIESEC in IBA provides us with the prospect of

addressing our dilemmas, and to do so with audacity with the ideal forum of Youth to Business Forum

2014. With renowned speakers from the corporate world and well-planned workshops, we are going

to make sure that the youth learn how to extract opportunities out of life, achieve success even in

unconventional circumstances, and to continue with the circle of success.

    Program Flow:

Youth to Business Forum is a global event that takes place in nearly every country where AIESEC is

present. The conference generally focuses on topics which are relevant to youth and corporate sector

alike like leadership opportunities, innovation, social responsibility and empowerment. The aim of the

conference is to ensure that the delegates learn something concrete that is valuable in their own life

and for their society from the people who have in-depth knowledge and experience.

Similarly the content in AIESEC in IBA Youth to Business Forum is designed entirely around the

theme Planning for Success. The major objective is to instill in youth the importance of a focused

path by seeking out the right opportunities. The theme is very relevant to youth today who are

bombarded with information from so many different mediums that it gets next to impossible in

identifying the right opportunity for yourself.

    Partner Workshop:

We have specifically included this in our program design in order to give our valuable sponsors a

chance to interact with the delegates. They can utilize this time to conduct open space, case studies, or

even a focus group. However, we would highly encourage and appreciate them, if their session could

be aligned with the theme. This is basically to fulfill the sole purpose of the conference which is to

guide the youth of today and give them an insight to the corporate affairs and world. We have tried

our best to incorporate our partners interest in this session sothey can potentially use this to interact

    with their target audience directly.

*Platinum Sponsor will get 45 minutes with the delegates

*Gold Sponsors will get 45 minutes altogether, but in the forms of tracks; the audience will be divided into two

    groups.

Planning for success in the corporate worldwould have a speaker who achieved a lot from life

after struggle; the main objective would be to teach delegates the importance of seeking right

opportunities and to prepare them for the corporate world beforehand.

Achieving Success in Unconventional Circumstanceswould have people from film industry

whove recently made successful Pakistani movies like WAAR. The aim here is to introduce this

sector to youth to show them growth opportunities and develop this sector by making sure youth is

aware of the business prospects in this sector

Open Spacewould basically be a free discussion where any and everybody present at the conference

would be encouraged to share and say whatever they want and contribute actionable solutions towards

    the agenda of the conference.

Continuing the circle of Success would have speakers like Dr. Framji, who is presently in theOscar Committee of Pakistan or Asad Omar coming in to explain how we can keep on achieving

success and keep our motivation high no matter what the conditions maybe.

    Sponsorship Packages:

Youth to Business Forum2014 offers a wide range of opportunities for companies to showcase and

promote their brands to the audience depending on the nature of their product. This convention shall

cater around 300 students from all over Karachi.

Not only this, our sponsors at the Youth To Business Forum14 would get world-wide publicity,

nation-wide publicity, publicity at IBA, recognition as a socially responsible entity which cares about

the future of students, and coverage in national media. Since we have Express Group on board, we

will make sure that our sponsors get recognized and appreciated over there as well. The AIESEC in

IBAs Facebook page, website, and blog shall also serve as a potential advertising opportunity for the

sponsors. Not only this, but this conference and its partners shall also be marketed on the AIESEC

Internationals website. Considering the fact that AIESEC is the worlds largest student-run

organization, this conference would make sure that its partners get publicity on a global scale.

Moreover, our sponsors will be recognized time and again on the official Youth to Business Forum

2014s website, and facebook page. Another one of our aims is to reach the top trend on twitter where

we will make sure that our sponsors get recognized world-wide.

We offer four main sponsorship packages for the prospective sponsors. These packages can further be

tailored as per the needs of the sponsors. Our Team has already tried to maximize the sponsor mileage

that can be derived at this event, within the realm of the Universitys rules and regulations.
