1. Introduction

Visvesvaraya Teachers Award is to celebrate the unique contribution of some of the finest teachers

at the institutes and to honour those teachers who through their commitment and industry have not

only improved the quality of school education but also enriched the lives of their students.

2. Registration

1. Go to visvesvaraya.aicte-india.org and click on “Sign up now!” to register.

2. Enter your Institute’s Permanent Id and Press the Get Details button.

3. The email and Name of the Institute will auto populate.

4. Enter a password (Format: at least one uppercase, one lower case, one number and one

special character and minimum 8 characters).

5. Re-enter the password for Confirmation and register.

3. Account Activation

After successful registration, the user will get an e-mail for the account activation to the registered

Email Id during registration.

Click on the link in the e-mail to activate your account.

4. Login

After the successful account activation, you can login to the website using the email id and

password.

5. Institute Details

When you login.

The landing page is the Institute details.

Fill the required data and save.

6. Awards

Navigate to “Awards” to select the award in which you want to nominate the faculty.

You can nominate Faculty for AICTE Visvesvaraya Best Teachers Awards 2021-22 by clicking on

“Visvesvaraya Best Teachers Awards 2021-22”.

Faculty Nomination (for MANAGEMENT) for AICTE Dr. Pritam Singh Foundation Award 2021-22 will

be enabled from June 14, 2021.

7. Home

“Home” Tab will redirect you to the “Institute Details” page so that if you want change any data in

institute details or want to select the another Award type then you can do.

8. Faculty List

Navigate to “Faculty List” tab to see the regular Faculties from your Institute.

From this list of faculties in the table, you can Nominate Only one Faculty of your choice by clicking

on the Nominate icon.

9. Nominated Faculty

After Nominating a faculty, you can see the name of the faculty under “Nominated Faculty” tab.

You can click “Edit” button to fill the complete details of the Nominated Faculty.

If you want to nominate any other faculty, the existing nominated faculty should be deleted by

clicking on “Delete” button.

9.1 Faculty Details

All the mandatory fields should be filled and click on ‘Save’ button to save the details.

You can click on ‘Edit’ button to change the filled details if necessary.

9.2 Justification of the Scheme

All the mandatory fields should be filled and click on “Save” button to save the details.


9.3 Agreement Page

Read the Instructions carefully and Click on “Agree” button after confirming the declaration.

Once you agreed, you will be able to fill the other details like Teaching Effectiveness, Academic

Research, Sponsored Research, Academic/Institution Leadership/ Management, Outreach Activities

and Attachments.

All the mandatory documents should be uploaded and click on “Save” button to upload.

You can click on ‘Edit’ button to reupload documents if necessary.

10. Submit Application

Once you have filled the details under all tabs and are satisfied by the details, you can Submit using

the “Submit Application” button for AICTE Evaluation.

After submission you will receive an e-mail stating successful submission of the application.

Note: Once submitted you are not allowed to change any details.

11. View the Submitted Application

After submitting the application, you can see the submitted details of the Nominated Faculty.
