o used for meal entertainment only. Purchases made

with this card do not fall into your packaging limit.

Both cards have been developed specifically to comply with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) requirements. They work in the same way as a Visa card issued by the ANZ Bank. Salary Options’ salary packaging cards are unique because they have the following features to make them more convenient to use:

A primary card and an additional card are available. Both cards access the same funds

A SMS notifies the primary cardholder each time funds are deposited into the card. The text

will give the amount deposited and the current balance

They can be used in Australia and overseas. From 1 August 2014 all domestic point of

sale transactions must be made via PIN. When overseas, you must use a PIN and you will

have to pay exchange rate fees

Your balance can be checked through your web portal, telephone or any ANZ ATM

The vendor channel block on the meal entertainment card restricts the card to restaurants

and cafes

Cards come in different colours so you can quickly distinguish between the salary packaging

and meal entertainment cards

There is no set-up or annual fee for either card.
