The AGS-1800 Automated Truss Stacking System was designed with
VERSATILITY in mind. It can handle 120’ agricultural trusses with
ease. Even 120’ heavy gable ends weighing 2000# are no match for this
stacker. Its A-frame design makes a superior base to support the largest
trusses. Each pedestal will hold from 10 to 25 trusses depending on size
and weight. The individual drive system, allows any combination of
stacking options; any combination of 9 pedestal can be stack up to 3 zones
in 120’.

High torque braking gear motors use a unique cam arm design to lift the
arms and return them to the home position smoothly in approximately 35
seconds. Cam follower equipped carriers mounted on each pedestal are
mechanically driven to position. A wide variety of AGRI-STACK units
are available. We manufacture systems for Floor Trusses and Roof
Trusses. Combine any of these systems with the Square 1 Outside
Conveyors, and the AGRI-STACK truss stacking system will meet all
your requirements.
