MARKET WRAP

Dhaniya futures prices (Feb) closed marginally down by 0.12 per cent.

Mentha Oil went down by 2.0 per cent, thus, continuing its down trend.

Turmeric futures (April) surged high by 0.44 per cent in spot market.

Jeera futures for the month of March are likely to trade sideways in the beginning of the

quarter but could witness gains as there is a possibility of export and domestic demand

picking up strongly in May-June, as situation in other exporting countries is quite bad.

Jeera's fortunes will be dependent on INR-Dollar movements and arrival of monsoons.
