NBANH AGM 2015 | INNOVATE INTEGRATE MOTIVATE2

The New Brunswick Association of Nursing Homes is pleased to welcome you to our 2015 Annual General Meeting. “Innovate, Integrate, Motivate” is this year’s theme that reflects our commitment to finding a sustainable social model for the future that will provide our residents with the highest level of care. As we move forward, we do so with a renewed enthusiasm to bring forth an innovative social agenda that will meet the needs of an aging population. It is our goal to broaden our community identity by working with other care providers throughout the Province. Many of our homes have created innovative programs that provide an enhanced quality of life. Our Association is committed to supporting our nursing homes as they search for new and innovative programs that are sustainable. Our goal as an Association is to provide the

tools you need to move forward into the future. Our vision of “Leading in Excellence in Long Term Care” can only be attained through collaboration and it is our role to provide the leadership to realize our goals. Congratulations to the Organizing Committee for the outstanding program they put together in organizing this year’s Annual General Meeting. We wish you all the best.

Innovate, Integrate, and Motivate are not new concepts to the Nursing Home sector. In fact, collectively, our ability to innovate, integrate and motivate, speaks to our longevity and success. And so we continue our focus in the midst of a more challenging time, a greater need for change and higher public expectation.

The dedicated members of the NBANH have ambitious goals. We are engaging government and other social agencies, to come together for a common cause; to provide affordable, sustainable, quality care to the seniors of N.B. We have the collective influence to make a difference and the desire to expand our role. My hope is that the presentations you will hear over the next few days, will inspire you, and that the goals for our senior community will be become reality.

The design of the logo represents various senior services coming together to form a unified approach to quality of care for seniors, with nursing homes taking the lead.

Welcome everyone to NBANH AGM 2015!
