Did we Achieve our Aims for 2013?

1. To look at our service users needs and see how we can best provide a seven-day-a week food delivery service consisting of a mixture of meals and groceries

2. To look at integrating our services to provide nutrition services that are appropriate to people in all stages of living with HIV

3. To offer varied ways for service users to develop skills for example by joining volunteers to support Eating Together

4. To use the kitchen to ensure our services are delivered as efficiently as possible, changing the way we purchase food to reduce costs

5. To expand our range of web-based materials on nutritional information, recipes, and budgeting and shopping tips

6. To diversify our income and use the kitchen for fundraising activities to ensure we have the resources to continue

7. To develop a new strategic plan; we will continue to listen to, and work with service users to ensure our services develop to reflect changing needs

• We have planned for a 20% reduction on Income & Expenditure for the current financial year
