upgrade document to get your staff moving quickly. Up to 8 hours of professional experienced consultation is also available

to help with project design and to answer any technical questions throughout the project.

DIY AdvantagesUtilizing the DIY option offers an opportunity for an organization with some experience in Agile, WebLogic and Oracle database installations to leverage that experience to save money while also upgrading the experience level of in-house resources. Of course you still have access to the ZWS resources for those unexpected developments in the process.

is conducted to ensure the new systems meet client requirements.

• New systems are documented using our standard Admin Handbook format.

• Relevant Agile diagnostic tools such as Averify, Acollect and ACP are installed and configured for each system.
