Agile Essenals Workshop for Adapve Projects This course is designed for individuals who want to learn more about agile methods, or have only recently been exposed to or involved in agile projects. The course will cover the principles, pracc- es, terminologies, tools, and techniques associated with major agile methods that can be success- fully ulized on project efforts using an adapve project approach. This comprehensive course is covered in 21 hours broken into: 3 hours of strategy, 6 hours of leadership and 12 hours of tech- nical training. What is an Adapve or Agile Project? Among the top reasons for project failures are various aspects of the predicve or waterfall method u- lized by many projects. Research indicated that smaller me frames, with delivery of components early and oſten, lead to an increased success rate. Adapve projects ulize a shortened delivery me frame, along with connued priorizaon of features, to ensure that the changing organizaonal environment can be supported. PMI® recognizes that knowledge of agile principles, pracces and tools to support the development of applicaons has been increasing dramacally over the last several years. This course is designed for individuals who want to learn more about agile methods, or have only recently been exposed to or involved in agile projects.
